How do the scratch & wins work, are they random?
No there's generally three cards each week that it cycles through. 1,2,3 then back to 1.
They could be doing it on stuff that isn't selling well. A couple of things I liked after picking up on offer, I haven't seen since anyway!

I got the fruit strip things or nut pack from last week today.
I got orange tiny tasties or sour bears on 1st card (and bears out of stock)
Maybe they're still doing 3 different cards but making the order random
Tuna Steak or Strawberry Jam on second card
My second card was sour bears or mints ....so I guess we have a random mix of last week's again this week :(

Got no scratch card either today
No scratchcard today and free item didnt come off even though it was activated beforeI went. When I opened the app at the till it was looking for yet another update, dunno if that was a factor.
Fairly confident that I picked up the correct can of tuna, it didn't scan as free, sour gummies were free.
And no scratch card.
It's been a few hrs.
There is definitely an issue with the scratchcards today. Both my sister and I shopped there today and neither of us have gotten a scratchcard yet.
Still no card after twelve hours
It's the yellow one, not the black one.
Also, it's incorrectly marked on the shelves so you can't rely on checking the product code.
There's two, one is slightly smaller by weight, that's the free one. They look identical, I wasn't sure at all when I got it.
Got my freebies yesterday but no scratchcard.

No scratch cards for yesterday and today ( a mix of paid and free items ) - maybe they save the budgets for december
Yep I complained via WhatsApp and they kindly added a €3 voucher to my app
I think I know why some of us didn't get a card.
This is in the app faq's - have they changed from 10 to 24 hours?
That you have not received a Scratch & Win in the last 24 hours (You will receive a maximum of 1 Scratch & Win per day).
Still says ten hours
... but on the bit I copied in from the app it says You will receive a maximum of 1 Scratch & Win per day.
Contradiction? I'm hoping your info is the correct version lol
