Seems hotel hosting Ireland's resident right wing party has descended into violence today with police being called
The facts of the story starting to come out.
I would still expect the same line of
Who said?
Who did?
Etc etc.
Anything but condemn violent thugs.
Depressing
Anti-fascists deploy exactly the same tactics as fascists.
Both sides turn up at events and want to suppress people with whom they disagree, often using violence and extreme levels of propaganda. Both sides create a fantasy of the country they want to stand up for. Both are equally as deluded, stupid, irrelevant. Noisy nuisances; a lot of people wearing overstretched Primark clothing trying to make themselves feel relevant in the world because nobody would ever employ them.
Adding the prefix "Anti-", doesn't change a thing. Both sides of the same coin.
Extremism itself is the problem; a faith-based belief in society and country - that we need to rid ourselves of some people in society, to effectively cleanse it, to create a new utopia. Low IQ stupid people.
Here's a thought: let's ignore both of them, as both are obsessed with attention seeking.
Ah to be fair I'm pretty sure a large number of boards politics forum posters were attending the conference, so I'm sure they just want to give an eyewitness account 😏
Anti Fascists think they're recreating the Spanish civil war where their heroes in the international brigade were commanded by a former black and tan. They'd do well to remember how they got their arse handed to them back then.
More funny Twitter posts are always welcome. Well personally I'll surely enjoy more of it.
Aye seems they came tooled up to not cause a jape. Well that's what some are saying.
Jape culture?
One: Wikipedia is not an authoritive source for anything
Two: the Wikipedia page you quote states that pact is referred to as an alliance. Which makes you look even more silly 😂
Alliance, defintion:
"a group of countries, political parties, or people who have agreed to work together because of shared interests or aims:
"an agreement to work with someone else to try to achieve the same thing:
It's fascinating how certain posters always use the same tactic: equivocate over the meaning of a word no matter how ridculous, in order to redirect from a position that they can't defend.
Unofficially, it has also been referred to as the Hitler–Stalin Pact,[4][5] Nazi–Soviet Pact[6] or Nazi–Soviet Alliance[7] (although it was not a formal alliance).[8][9]
So your position now is that was an Alliance but not a formal Alliance?
Or that an informal Alliance is not an Aliiance?
Or that even though the Moltov Ribbentrop pact was a dictionary definition Alliance it was not an Alliance because...reasons?
Deary me.
Some are saying this was a false flag operation by far right extremists to attack legitimate protesters.
Link ? Not heard anything about that. How would they get into a van with a bunch of Antifa types ?
That's not my position that is a quote directly from Wikipedia.
1. Wikipedia is a much better source than anons on boards.
2. My understanding of an ally is a state formally cooperating with another. I wouldn't consider a non aggression pact to make someone an ally.
3. The posters point before all the nonsense deflections (go setup a thread on ww2 agreements) was that communists and fascists were allies longer than they were enemies.
If the ribbentrop pact between Stalin's Russia and Hitlers Germany is meant as proof of that, then it is a terrible example.
It lasted just over a year and was followed by a longer period of aggression until Germanys defeat.
So is not an example of fascists and communists being allies longer than enemies.
Is that the usual approach to “some are saying” anecdotes, that a supporting link would be required?
Option three it is then: "even though the Moltov Ribbentrop pact was a dictionary definition Alliance it was not an Alliance because...reasons?" I knew you'd go for that one TBH 😂
Do you support acts of violence against the National Party?
Sounds like a nice chap, cheered on here by the majority, but that's not surprising, if the roles were reversed could you imagine the outrage and media attention it would be given? absolute hypocrites!
Well we have idiots organising on Facebook vs word on the street. I think I will believe the former.
Was there anything in my posts that would give you reason to pose such a question?
Do you not realise that the “organising on Facebook” is an important part of the false flag operation?
No doubt they were whinging when antifa got pumped a few years ago on the quays in Dublin. I've not seen anyone on here outright support it, not because they don't support it but because they are too cowardly to admit it that they do.
Do you support acts of violence against anti facists?
I Don't really follow what the reverse vampires and the lizard people do on Facebook tbh. People seem to have been arrested charged and going to court so we will find out exactly who they are.
link is already up with that person getting hit in the head. Nothing in condemnation of these people put in hospital though.
Only in defence. For example when people are peacefully protesting and antifa a group known for using violence and carrying weapons break through Garda lines and approach people protesting then absolutely I would say they should be met head on.
Don’t believe anything you read in the MSM on these issues. They’re all part of it.
Part of what now ?
And when antifa are approached by far right extremists known for using violence and weapons, should they be met head on?
Some posters up in here are saying the attackers are "dissident Republicans" but yet we have no evidence or links from these posters to substantiate these claims. Nobody else looking for them either.
Part of the false flag operation, some are saying.
