That's good news. Im still on 28.2 software. No sign of a software update for me. I still have the older energy app so not sure what my battery buffer is but still feels like it's on the bigger side still. Did yours improve with the software update or just calibration with further use? I contacted Tesla as you suggested but they did remote diagnostic and said everything was grand. They wouldn't tell me what the buffer is.
Had my M3 a month now and hate the whole interface, anyone else feel the same, or am I alone? The whole thing feels unfinished, and the app I use the most, Spotify is just Sh1t when you’re use to CarPlay/AA. Not to mention the voice recognition is like going back to nokia days, don’t even bother talking to it🤣
Also can’t get the aircon right, either freezing or roasting, no in between. We’ve a leaf in the household too and I’ve never had to adjust the climate control on it, it just works, it doesn’t blast you with hot or cold, it just gently gets it to the temperature without fuss.
I’m at the point now where I’m wondering how much I’ll loose if I just bite the bullet and sell it now.
I picked up mine in September. Still getting used to the interface, but it's the best I've seen. A few hard buttons would be nice however. On the climate control, I don't touch it often, certainly less often than when I'm in my Leaf. You might lose nothing selling now which is what you should do if you dislike it.
I got a screw on the shoulder of the tyre 2 weeks ago, I plugged the shoulder for a week or 2 to get by and replaced the tyre on Friday and a sidewall tear on Monday. Damn 19” tyres are expensive. Wish I’d had the 18’s then.
One of the most frustrating things I’ve found with Spotify is if you are listening to a podcast and you exit the car and get back in it’s a lottery whether it’ll start back at the beginning or where you left off, I even gave the car its own Spotify account as some had mentioned on the Tesla forum that it was to do with using the same account on multiple devices.
Anyone have a solution for this or is there one?

Really, do you listen to a lot of podcasts? I never really noticed it with music but I suppose you probably wouldn’t.
I’d say mine is 50/50 whether it starts at the start or continues and I spoke to a neighbour and he originally said it didn’t happen him but now says same for him as he only noticed it since listening to podcasts recently. I even set up a new Spotify account on Monday and thought it was grand as I listened to 1 podcast over 2/3 drives but today ran into supervalu and did it again. Was 3/4 way though, came out and back to the start.
I’m on the latest software updates but it’s done it since I got the car 4weeks ago.

Carries on where I left off, but usually I pause it (Press in left wheel). I am only using the Tesla account.
I’m going to start doing that and seeing does it work.

Just changed the 2 front tyres on mine this morning. Obviously they came with this foam insert from the factory!!
On another note....I'm up north today and I came into my local town to bring the mother shopping. Went to pull into the local charger and it's completely taken in both sides. I've never in 14 months seen it full. Barely ever seen 1 car at it ever. The times they are a changing!!

It's mainly music I am using and seems to return where where off on next trip when paused. Must check a podcast again..
Am I the only person who's memory seat gets the setting correct bout 50% of the time? I am using easy entry, so when I park the steering wheel moves in and the seat moves back and up. But at least half the time when I get into the car... the seat stops about half way through moving back into my driving position
That would be annoying. Haven't heard of this issue. If it's happening so often, log a service call.
Wondering is there anyone around Limerick that has the white interior and wouldn't mind letting me have a look at it. I've a Y on order and they don't have any in stock with the white interior in Dublin. I did attempt to follow an unsuspecting 3 driver into the Crescent Shopping centre last week but lost them in the carpark.
There is a meet up organised by IEVOA at Ballacolla on 6th. Chances to find one there are high.

It’s an aftermarket thing you can add. There’s tons of options from discreet to big. Not my cup of tea as it’s the minimalism that appeals to me but each to their own and all that.
I think they are gimmickery but there’s a new slim one that fits into the air vent that looks rather neat with a straight forward install

Yeah DAB in there and a few stations that are not on FM which is quite good. A couple of Dublin dance stations that I like.
I use Tune-In, presume that is DAB. I feel the sound is a little better than standard FM?

I haven't set up an account, seems to work fine with the monthly Tesla Premium connectivity sub.
You don’t need any account for TuneIn…. I’ve been using it for over 2 years now, and the quality is much better than FM (though I don’t ever listen to Irish stations!!!) I use Spotify about 80% of the time and TuneIn the rest listening to some Lithuanian stations of all things!!
I thought there was no DAB in Ireland anymore unless you can pick up some of the uk stations in the Dublin area.
