Yet more astonishing work from Bellingcat. Identification of the team of cruise missile programmers who have been targeting Ukrainian civilians from their MOD building in Moscow.

Gatling has published some very spot on information before and I believe he posts in good faith.
There's only one Country entitled to accept a request or agree to peace talks, and that's Ukraine, and the talks will be on their terms. End of Story.
If that's the building they're working out of, it looks like a total dump. Par for the course in Russia, I suppose.
Good stuff-
It's possible they did station mig 31s in Kaliningrad that are capable of launching nuclear weapons
To me the test of Russian sincerity about a comprehensive peace deal is if they are willing to accept some form of Western guarantee of Uktanian future security. It would be unlikely to be full NATO membership but could be something tantamount to it. If Putin was prepared to swallow that to me that would be a genuine indication that he does intend to 'intervene' in Ukraine again.
We've moved on from trolls and Nazis
Now Ukraine has Satanist that need to be removed....
Talk about kaliningrad all weekend in Poland.
Seemly Russian transport planes have been shipping in refugees from Syria and parts of Africa.
There has been multiple attempts to enter Poland by the refugees.
A repeat of what happened at Belarus polish border.
Reinforcement were to be placed on the kaliningrad this week.
It's a small thing but I found it weird that they didn't crop out the large puddle in front of them either.
I am a bit sceptical here, if Jarosław Kaczyński is not involved I can't see Poland making a major decision on foreign policy. He is the de facto head of PIS and the polish government.
I don't think that it will be a negotiation, it will be more an ultimatum delivered by Ukraine.
He runs the show and would definitely be at any meeting but they probably won't mention him in the official announcement since he doesn't have an official government position.
And with the unwritten proviso that they (Russia) will be free to repeat their actions again whenever and wherever they see fit.
"The Congressional Progressive Caucus hereby withdraws its recent letter to the White House regarding Ukraine
The European Union urges countries to donate to support Ukrainian energy sector, all donations of energy welcome, generators or matches
don't use YouTube to get my news sources not sure how you understood that from my comment. But its very easy ridicule people you don't agree with as 'loons', how predictable.
please explain: 'Post count checks out too'
Agree with the sentiment of your comment.
Agree that anyone in the military committing acts of torture, rape or other filthy crimes should be executed on the spot and left to rot.
That's means all of the Russian military
I don't think that can be said for 100% of the Russian military, I doubt that 1million active personnel and maybe twice that amount in reserve are all rapists and perform acts of torture.
Yes it is. Mass concrete structures and big statues, even in the cites, but mostly in rural areas. And yet some of the most fantastic buildings in the world there too. Moscow and St. Petersburg especially, but in other major cities. Big concrete boxes from the Communist times are major features in towns,
negotiate with terrorists?
Just one percent of them need to be murdering and raping for it to count as genocide.
Do you think it is less than 1%?
Cos I don't.
In WW2 Germanys army size was around 13.6 million. Only 50,000 were concentration camp guards. Tiny number, but still collective responsibility. Those 50,000 helped murder near 9million.
The Czech Republic has just banned Russians from entering, even those with valid visas granted by other Schengen countries.
What an absolute shambles.
Still though, at least they came to the right conclusion at the end.
Personally, for me at any rate, the only acceptable peace terms will be where Russia will not be asked what it is prepared to accept, but informed of what it will be given, and no discussion. Anything less will mean having to deal with Russia again at a future date, and maybe not too far in the future either.
It also appears to be easy to find people who are willing to go and work in Russia and the Donbass, refer to themselves as "independent journalists" and just spout off the Kremlin line. Graham Phillips and Patrick Lancaster are at the same game as this lady.
They're not independent.
They're not journalists.
