Meant to get up two hours ago. Floored after all that walking yesterday. Having porridge, yogurt, pineapple, orange juice, tea, toast, for Sunday breakfast. Is only fantastic. Need to get out of the house today.

Taking things easy over here as well. Had a late breakfast and am currently table side getting my writing flow on. Was meaning to head out and get some milk, which I forgot to get yesterday, but between the weather and the busted lift, I guess I'll be switching to black coffee for the rest of the day. So yeah, Operation Lazy Bastard II is in full swing over here.
They make dried milk! ( I only have rare access to fresh milk) ,, best if mixed with water before using... My day has been frustrating ( official emails on SUNDAY!) and closing down imminently!

Bedside here on this Sunday afternoon, my Colitis (which had been in check for well over a year now) is flaring up again since last night and had very bad tummy cramps/loo bound for much of last night and this morning. 😳☹️
Taken some meds that will help but OH is looking after me and playing Florence Nightingale whilst I lie here, read and snooze. 🥰💕👍👍 🛏 😴
