My bad...
French at it again, long tradition of this **** from French companies
🛰 Poland transferred 150 Starlink terminals to Ukraine. This was reported to the Ministry of Statistics. Terminals were installed in Izyum, Balaklia, Kupyansk and nine other liberated cities of Kharkiv region. The rest of the terminals were transferred to 24 city and village councils, thanks to which they coordinate the restoration of the territories.
No thanks to the angry teen.
I could swear I heard him say "Russian catastrophe." Must get my ears checked.
There was a reporter featured on a podcast yesterday ( the telegraph I think) who mentioned that he had interviewed a Ukrainian man who had previously done his military service. The Ukrainian had suggested that some of the civilian buildings being targeted corresponded to older military installations, ie. Russians using Soviet maps to select their targets.
Not sure how true this is, particularly at this stage of the war, but thought it was interesting nonetheless given the amount of precision arms being wasted on civilian targets.
Using hundreds of high-precision missiles against civilian objects of Ukraine, the Horde reduces its ability to hit military objects.
One more wave should about do it. Combined with the strategic retreat, gifting Ukraine with over 500 MLRS/artillery rounds and over 100 anti tank missiles, and Russia's cunning plan takes shape.
Russia is armed with 25-28% of high-precision missiles from the number that it was on February 24 - Danilov
According to him, Soviet-style missiles, such as anti-aircraft S-300s, are still a little more in Russia, but they are already much smaller than they were since the beginning of the invasion.
Because it wooden fire.
(I'll get my coat...)
Permanent stationing of Russian troops in Belarus. By doing so, Putin greatly expanded the territory where NATO and Russian troops are bordering each other.
Yet Putin lies and fools his useful idiots about NATO getting close to his borders.
They need to make their mind up.
Sure their talking heads have been saying they have been at war with NATO for months.
He just has to say he's going in to protect Luka from regime change.......
The the same regime change they invaded ukraine to force on the Ukrainans
But, not technically part of Russia. He'd also need some sort of pretence, such as Luka being corrupt or something Putin will pretend to care about. It'd only be an off ramp if Putin can run a 'do you want to be part of Russia referendum' and incorporate it into Russia proper. Luka would need to be a scape goat.
Sure it was putin who personally sponsored the legislation to allow Luka to be immune from any prosecution for decisions he made as president, while also allowing the permanent station of Russian troops in Belarus
SMO in Belarus?
He wouldn't even need to, sure Luka is. Only short of bending over at the border and personally welcoming Vlad aboard.
Apparently it is because there was no secondary explosion.
Had it been a real BUK then the missiles that that has would cause a second explosion.
Russian President Putin: A confrontation between NATO forces and Russia will lead to a global catastrophe
Putin is threatening the globe with a catastrophe, day 234
Do you think that your mates might still have a supply of suitable missiles in 9 months time?
How do we know it was wooden? (I know the point is to make them look real 😀 )
Might just happen yet, when you get too big for your own boots and start believing your own propaganda, things can collapse.
The chippys in Ukraine must be flat out building BUKS, Himars, Ceasers etc
Doubt this missile was cheap.
80% of the cost of providing starlink was borne by the US, UK and Poland. Musk (because you know he put margin on it) has provided nothing bar soundbites and unwarranted twitter polls. Don't frame it as a charitable act when you then pull it due to a cost you never bore anyway. The guys a tosser and I hope the US pull all his government funding. He'd be broke in a year.
Your request for Russian surrender will be considered. Can you get back to us as to how soon this can be arranged? This will greatly reduce costs in lives and infrastructure.
Thank you very much for reaching out.
And there will be no West helping Belarus like they have Ukraine if such ever happened, at least I can't see such happening.
Only for Ukraine to likely sustain even greater infrastructure damage in retribution for any such attack. Estimates suggest that there has been well over $100 billion in total damage to physical infrastructure in the country since this military campaign began. Researchers suggest it could potentially cost close to twice that number to repair/replace damaged and destroyed infrastructure.
Of course, little if any of this work can even be started until some sort of peace treaty or ceasefire is negotiated.
I wonder if a 'Special Military Operation' in Belarus is Putin's Off ramp... Taking over Belarus would be a LOT easier than Ukraine, and Putin gets to add a big chunk to Nova USSR. It's so crazy it just might work!
Nobody is really sure, Poland may get involved but they have been quite about it ,
It might not change much but if they can force troops across the border with Russians and their equipment they could cause short term problems for ukraine
IMO, this the sole/real/ only reason why Putin is attacking Ukr. He has a very long term vision - a bit of Georgia here, a bit of Moldavia there , a bit of Ukr this year, a bit of ????? Next !!!!!!!!? . I’m not telling you. It’s a secret!
When all this is done and dusted I can see Russia occupying not Ukraine, but Belarus.
Must be a quiet day in Russia:-
The Liv vs Lettuce video:-
I have an awful feeling Putin is playing him and it will end very badly for both Lukashenka and the people of Belarus. Taking a lot of his military hardware last week was the start of it, leaves them restricted in ability to defend themselves.
