The Lindsey Buckingham EU tour is still very much up in the air. All dates last week including a show in Oslo tonight were cancelled because of 'illness within the camp' and seems to be something not right for Wednesday show in Berlin

Ticketmaster can disable transfer and make life unnecessarily difficult for people, they seem to like disabling transfer and resale for poorly selling events, to help their own sales.
You can screenshot the tickets, that should work or perhaps transfer using Apple Wallet.
I'm presuming the gig was postponed? If it was, tell ticketmaster you can't make the new date and want a full refund, they will give this to you. Then buy individual tickets.
Just to note that the ticketmaster app blocks screenshots, but if you just use your internet browser to access your account you can do it that way

Yep, that's a worrying one alright. Interesting if Animal Collective are the sort of break even size act. That would rule out a lot of good US stuff. The future is uncertain, no doubt.
