I have been seeing people say it is €5-10 a block now if you can get somebody. I am looking at doing work and thinking I will use ICF or SIP due to costs and labour availability.

There's no way it's 5 to 10 a block.

That would be 25 to 50k for an average house just to pay the block layer.
