Well....
I know nothing about this sort of thing, but it did look very staged. If a Russian drone was operating in an area, you'd expect sounds of combat and the way it came down and just stopped above yer man's arms made it look silly. Also if you'd just brought an enemy drone down, you wouldn't be posing for a video, you'd be getting the fcuk out of there as the drone would like have your coordinates.
Not attal lol but they're fun to watch:)
Not exactly legal in our part of the world 🙂
I'd be fairly certain that if anyone shot down a drone in Ireland with a shotgun, even if over their property, even if it was in the middle of a 30 acre field, it would be one of the last shots they'd ever take if they were reported to the local super.
Meanwhile in Russia Luhansk, Makiivka and Hrekivka have been retaken as the Ukrainians gradually cross the Zherebets on their way to Svatove.

Like an American judge is going to rule against anything involving firearms
If it's true, it is showing a complete breakdown of Russian logistics and planning.
I believe legally you can fly over property as the property/landowners have no rights to the airspaces above properties,
Open to correction
Dagestan not happy with kremlins mobilization
The next crucial step for the Ukrainians would be to force the Russian retreat all the way back to the Dam or the town beside it. That puts the crossing into all sorts of fire including mortar range which effectively means no more Russians crossing here not even on foot. If they're smart they'll retreat across the dam before or fall back closer to Kherson city.
This will also limit the number of ferry crossings available to Russia and make the remaining ones easier to target. Scary times for them with winter looming.
With the heavily reinforced towns north falling it's hard to see them being able to stop it.
Putin looks rather uncomfortable and seems to have changed tone towards Ukraine for obvious reasons,he is losing.
I still think he's got something going on either physiologically or other health issues ,
Some suggestions that the change in tone on the TV talk shows is also happening because of instructions from the Kremlin (though even Russia watchers say they are not entirely clear what the significance of this would be).
Looks more and more like it and i am sure the situation in Ukraine wont make it any better
Most recent Amazon purchase - a wing suit.
Part of the axis of evil
Surely the game is up for the Russians on the Kherson front?
Their mobilisation effort has not been a resounding success, some of their best and most elite units have been effectively eliminated or reduced to such an extent its not longer a fit fighting force.
The rag tag drunks getting trained up are in no way prepared or ready for winter war.
The Russian economy, spare parts, manufacturing are in the toilet.
The west Is showing no sign of slowing down in its support for Ukraine.
Ukrainians can smell weakness and death from the Russians. They are in high morale and going in for the kill.
Lovely bit of psychological warfare
When you think about not so long ago we had experts telling us it would take years to take Kherson back as it was too heavily fortified and Putin wouldn't let it go ,
Two weeks later here we are with the Ukrainans heading to the gates of Kherson and Russia is absolutely caving on every front,at this rate my prediction of Crimea by Christmas might just happen
Land owners have property rights in the air in most common law countries under the ad coelum doctrine, the owner of land owned 'up to the heavens and down to hell'.
However the scope of the doctrine is limited by legislation or case law, here's a post of mine from the Legal Discussing thread on the topic from a few years ago:-
At the time I posted that I had completely forgot about the Keating & Co Ltd vs Jervis Shopping Centre Ltd [1997] 1 IR 512 High Court case which reaffirmed the doctrine and held that that a property owner had an actionable case for trespass and nuisance when there was an invasion of the lower stratum air space above their property.
Russians surrendering themselves and a bmp 2
I hope they do.
I listened to an analysis earlier, interpreting that the Ukrainians want a bridgehead east of the Dnipro well before winter sets in, in order to get the whole Donbass within ground weapons range, so they can spend the snowbound months lobbing guided artillery onto any Russian and Insurgent positions, including proxy civil administration sites and destroying supply lines and any dumps of ammo, fuel and food.
Once Spring comes, well rested Ukrainian forces will mop them up and extend their counter offensive all the way to the pre-2014 frontier.
Assuming the Putin administration and the Russian military in theatre don't collapse completely before this.
We also had experts saying Russia will never invade Ukraine, or when they did that Ukraine would fall within days
Worryingly we also have experts saying Russia won't use Nukes...
IAEA's Grossi: It is more urgent than ever to establish a security protection zone around the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant
It's all very phallic as well. They love a good rocket shot, cruise missile being launched or an artillery round being loaded and fired.
Then there was this from early on in the conflict:
Freud would have a field day with it all!
No you may not be entitled to fly freely in any air space over private property you need premission. @Furze99 indicated that the drones were hovering overhead and taking photographs, In this case its an invasion of privacy and you might well be within you rights to take action against it. For a shotgun to hit and damage a drone it would need to be 60-70 feet maximum from it. Drones are not entitled to fly lower than 30 meteres approx 100 feet over people as its is construed as a H&S hazard
Stop talking about flying drones in Ireland. Nobody gives a shyte.
I don't argue with his reasoning, but I suspect Ukraine will be able to mount an airborne raid and retake the Plant very soon. Their forces control all of the west bank of the river, north, west and south west of the site.
Whatever Russians are holding it are going to be sweating it very soon.
Hang on .
We can't talk about orcs,
Twitter,
Telegram,
Russia losing,
Dead bodies,
Kaliningrad,
Ukraine targeting Moscow or other russian cities.
Drone's.
Getting a little catty around these parts 🤣
I would say the situation in Ukraine is the main reason
Putin looks rather nervous as well speaking
He usually have the strongman image and overconfidence in public
He may even start sitting upright in his chair.
