More than likely to keep him onside. I would say there are elements in Chechnya who would love nothing better than to re-ignite the the war of independence. Kadyrov is the only thing that prevents this from happening. If Kadyrov thought that his own interest was better served supporting Chechen independence he would switch in the morning. Its only his love of plundered Russian natural resources money that keeps him loyal to Putin.
From a tactical point of view, giving Kadyrov any greater say in the prosecution of the Ukraine war would likely result in disaster for the Russians. Would be some epic telegram videos however

I've become quite enthralled by Olga Skabeyeva's show on Russian TV, and one thing I noticed is the show is constantly showing this dizzying loop of rocket launches, artillery fire, and destruction, everything pitched at hysteric levels. What does it say about Russians that this line of might is right is such a persuasive notion ? It seems like it’s not enough to defeat Ukraine, instead they must be annihilated....

I am not sure if it was an invasion of privacy as in the drone was hovering over your property at a low level. Drones are know to be used by criminal elements to monitor or case property for illegal activity.
