Is this why I received something so quickly recently? Ordered a big batch of Amazon batteries (The Amazon AA and AAA Performance something something....) and had this in about 20 hours total.

The Irish Fulfillment center as I believe they call them is open for business. So what I assume the OP was trying to do was to get people to say what items they had recently that arrived quickly (like under 24 hours from ordering) so we could make a list of items that they have in stock in Ireland.

Has anyone tried to order powerbanks from Amazon. Getting tot avaliable for your region. Thought they would come from Dublin fulfilment centre.
For power banks there is safety issues with larger batteries sent by air. Try real world stores like Argos etc.
Are you aware of what the purpose of this thread is? The person you were replying to was wondering if the Dublin fulfilment centre had started stocking power banks yet or not.
Most things I have ordered, that say are sold by Amazon themselves - and if you order early in the morning - arrive next day - maybe because I have Prime?
Third party is hit and miss - can be many days to even weeks.
I've never got anything same-day delivery.
Had a look today at a few items that promised next day delivery, which is a first for me in Wexford. Two that I was interested in said "Currently unavailable" when added to checkout, so I gathered from that, that Paddy was not the target audience.
I doubt it's because of having Prime, I do myself but have only seen next day delivery since the Dublin fulfilment centre opened for me here in the midlands. A few who posted above got delivery within 24hrs so it would have been from Dublin.
