The video of Biden talking specifically about stopping Nordstream 2 if Russia invaded Ukraine was filmed on February 8th. Biden met with Olaf Scholz in Washington the same day.
On the 22nd of February, Olaf Scholz halted the certification process for the pipeline. He was very clear that a permanent end was put to the pipeline for as long as the Ukraine crisis continued. The pipeline has been stopped, as promised by Biden.
This is what we actually know.
To come along now 7 months later and say "ah, he was actually talking about secretly blowing it up inside the EEZ of his allies" is nothing but wild conjecture that strays into the territory of willfully misinterpreting the facts.

No thought at all that the NS2 was already closed, never opened. NS1 was down to a trickle and most likely only running due to Europes need to fill reserves.
