I'm sure there is modern kit kicking around just like the 5 super tanks. Hand them out film give them rusty ak rinse repeat.
You would think it would show up on the battlefield on captured kit not radios inside radios and alike.
That is a good point, the mobilisation is not all shambles. But I think most people understand that even badly trained, and equipped with old weapons, masses of soldiers may do some damage. Those mobilised Russians are a trouble. Can Ukrainians deal with them? Absolutely. Ukraine can mobilise more soldiers, and equip them better with the Western support. Another point is that with HIMARS and the Western intelligence, Russia already have problems with supplying existing armies, adding more (and less effective) soldiers will make the supply issue even more acute.
3 Russian planes carry out training raids with "air-to-air" missiles in the airspace of Idlib Governorate
The lukashenko regieme depends on Putin .. if Putin falls, chances are that lukashenko falls to ..
There's motivation.. and he could prob extract some serious concessions out of Russia for just providing some Cannon fodder ...
The thing is , I doubt he'd directly subordinate Belarussian grunts to Moscow commanders, and throwing Belarussian units against northern Ukraine could well be a fatal move ..
You look down and see the bandages and no legs with the walrus smiling wiping his mouth with a napkin
Something you don't see everyday ,I've seen this in Sweden jets using highways to land and take off , refueling and so on this was Finland today apparently it's not hasn't been happening for a few years,
F18 touch and go
When each batch/ grouoof conscripts are relieved from the frontline - their first adventure there- for r and r- I wonder will they stick around for the return visit or will they leg it
Apparently there are 3k Russian-affiliated troops located there. If they don't flee like they did in Kharkiv and instead stay and fight then it's just going to take a little bit longer. Their defeat is inevitable though.
I agree. It has become a real war of nerves now. My fear is that Putin will use a tactical nuke on the UA - it's the only thing left in his playbook, but what happenes then ? How does NATO respond ? Will he continue to enjoy the support of China in the aftermath ? These are the unknowables...
Re: Lyman. I've been seeing talk today that progress has slowed on the potential encirclement. Hopefully only delaying the inevitable.
Then there's this guy posting a couple of hours later whom I'd love to be right 🤞
One way tickets to Moscow ,we could swap the Russians for the Ukrainans forcibly deported to various parts of Russia
Once before and one after I believe.
What makes you think we Germans want it back? The cost of decontaminating and bringing that place up to spec would be astronomical, never mind that the locals would likely be hostile to any change in management. So yah, leave us out of this please 😉
This...
Anything can happen theses days especially when you have a modern heavily armed military sitting off it's coast
Let's take two assumptions,
1) NOTHING is worth nuclear armageddon for humanity, and EVERY effort must be made to diminish its possibility. (from a rational perspective)
2) Putin really is crazy enough to use nukes.
If these two assumptions are correct, then there's nothing actually to stop Putin from declaring the West as rightful Russian territory and if an agreement isn't made to cede all that land to Russia, he'll unleash hell.
If assumption number one is not correct, then the question is where the line is drawn. Eastern provinces of Ukraine? Whole of Ukraine? Eastern NATO countries? Europe?
If assumption number two is not correct, and this looks to be NATO's thinking, then it's a case of calling Putin's bluff. If it's not called, it's a big blow to NATO's credibility. Still, it's a high stakes gamble...
I have no idea what you are on about.
No one is doing to try and annex Kaliningrad.
AK 74 from what year ....
Well, we dont read from the script for starters...
To be known as Königsberg?
Assholes generally tend to be more pro- active breeders hence we have many amongst us.
Let me guess does involve nuclear weapons and WMDs
Finally they sent their A-team
Nevermind, it was operating near Kaliningrad at the time of the explosions.
Ah, you should have held back just a little bit. The secret to good trolling is restraint; you were doing fine with the “I’m not saying I believe him, I just find it interesting” approach - but you’ve pushed it too far with two posts praising Galloway. That’s obviously off the deep- end territory, which isn’t where you want to be if you want to engage in something that has the surface appearance of a rational argument. You’re in a difficult position now - exposed, but not really in a position to dig up.
Time to switch to another new account, maybe? Clean slate?
I can't tell if you are being facetious or not, but obviously that is not a good idea.
How do i get russia to pay me to talk shite. Must be great money in it
That thread I linked to has videos of recruits being armed with new guns (as opposed to the old rusty crap that went viral).
If anybody has any videos of Russian soldiers being handed the latest and greatest kit as well as their new 5* accomodations .
Please share .........
We might be waiting a long time
