And if Starmer lays a vote of no confidence, as is his wont, the BoJo loyalists and liberal wing of the Tories will back it.
So there will be a general election around the end of October and Truss will not return a majority and be jettisoned.
However, the best thing about a General Election very soon, is that the financial measures Kwarteng announced last week will never be voted on, let alone passed.

Possibly. The rules say 1 leadership contest a year but they never thought of specifying is that 1 a year per PM or 1 a year.
