Dagestan going on the boil-
If anyone had the ability to counter any/all nuclear missile attacks of their opponents, they would strike instantly and wipe them off the map, rather than give the opponents a chance to develop countermeasures of their own.
considering how much of the world seems to be allying themselves to either Ukraine or Russia, Id imagine most of the serious players getting involved would be enough to classify it as a WW, was south america involved in ww1 or ww2? barely but they still referred to it as a ww
That keeps happening on both sides. First I read something is Ukr. then a few pages later its RU. Lots of this kind of deception going on.
Refreshing-
This
Seen This on Twitter earlier, but the poster claims it was Ukrainian forces getting wrecked
you can’t be racist against Russia, just because you said something you didn’t like.
and especially not when you’re reprimanding them for raping kids.
grow up you loon.
Mother didnt know her son was in Ukraine
The whole thing took a u turn when she found out
I posted earlier from a well placed Ukrainian journalist .
Just realized I never added the link earlier..
Some V merchandise gets wasted-
Hi. I'm reading on all the trustworthy news outlets ( yes. I know), that the NASAMS have definitely arrived in Ukraine. I've yet to find a debunking thread.
As a matter of interest, do you have a link saying that they have not arrived? Cheers.
WW3 means the world is at war, but that's not the same as a nuclear attack or even nuclear war between two countries. I suspect most countries will stay well clear of WW3. Even so, war between the west and Russia would be serious.
Igor Girkin is a Russian Nationalist who was heavily involved in the War in the Donbas in 2014 (and blamed for the shooting down of the Malaysian airlines flight that year). These days he just seems to be a military blogger but he's shown a lot of insights - mostly by consistently questioning & criticising the tactics of the Russian Military in this war. Here he is doing so again
True story.
It's like covid waves, you can't keep up.after a while
@briany Based on my limited research, the answer to whether the US has an effective defence against targeted nuclear attacks, especially ones mounted on hypersonic missiles at long range, the answer is 'not really'.
No body currently has hypersonic nuclear weapons the one Russia (hypersonic) was debunked as air launched cruise missile.
But we also don't exactly know what America has hidden up their sleeve when it comes or weapons or defenses against weapons
Exactly yep - my main point being that the altitude the likes of Iron Dome intercept rockets at is likely well below the altitude an airburst nuclear explosions are actually detonated.
They also require precision systems to make them go off. If the U.S. could hit a nuclear missile en route to its target, it wouldn't necessarily result in a nuclear explosion, though there would presumably be fallout from the destroyed radioactive material in the missile.

Their whole account is banned, and it seems all their posts deleted, so I guess a threadban isn't needed. No doubt they'll be back again, though...

Nuclear devices are often detonated as an 'air burst' so they do not have to rely on actually hitting a target physically.
The explosion is so massive it can happen in/around/above the target.
Iron Dome or the likes would do nothing.
That seems to be the case that the kids who grew up in the aftermath of the war tend to be the ones deciding to go to war later on in life
No,they are not ment to be anti ballistic missile defences
By one writer's reckoning, if a "World War" is defined as one in which all the major powers were involved, there have been six to date:
"The most striking thing about this list is that it has an alarmingly cyclical character. The great powers have all gone to war with each other about every fifty years throughout modern history, with only one gap in the sequence—and even the “long peace” of the nineteenth century is deceptive. Right on schedule, between 1854 and 1870, practically every great power fought one or several others: Britain, France, and Turkey against Russia; France and Italy against Austria; Germany against Austria; and then Germany against France
[...]
Each world war reshuffles the pack, and the situation is then more or less frozen by the peace settlement: that is what fixes all the sensitive, disputed frontiers and allocates the various great powers their positions in the international pecking order.
But as the decades of peace pass, some powers grow rapidly in strength and others face relative decline. After half a century or so, the real power relationships in the world are very different from those prescribed by the last peace settlement. And it is at that point that some frustrated rising power whose allotted role in the international system is too confining, or some frightened nation in decline that sees its power slipping away, initiates the next reshuffle of the deck. There is no magic in the figure of fifty years. That just seems to be how long it usually takes for the realities of power to get out of kilter with the relations prescribed by the previous peace settlement."

By this reckoning, the next world war will be number six, and it's over 20 years overdue...
Russian troops have appeared near the Upper Lars checkpoint on the border between Russia and Georgia for the further deployment of checkpoints, thus trying to reduce the flow of refugees from mohilization in Russia
DynamoKebab is not banned but I was honestly shocked at what he said, and I don't shock easily.
I can only suspect mental issues were in play there. I kept hoping that he would come back and explain that he was actually criticising the Russians involved in the Castration but he did not and the comment still reads like he was revelling in it.
Didn't happen,
It was later confirmed they haven't been delivered
The Cold War and The War on Terror have each been called by some analysts 'World War 3'. It's an attention-grabbing thing to say, but going by that metric of proxy war and regional conflict, we're in, like, WW5.
Prelude?
Were already balls deep in it.
Then there is Amnesty
