Yeah, I understand that but I'm still amazed that one guy and a launcher can just take out an aircraft like that. It's like if infantry had a magic gun that could just take out tanks. Yes, I know that magic gun exists (nlaw) but still it's insane what the right equipment can do. We live in an age where one soldier can take out even the most advanced war vehicles. It's almost like good equipment in the 21st century is what matters and not numbers of troops.
On a related note, I feel a bit bad for those conscripts. The Ukrainians have shown that they are disciplined and agile. Meanwhile, the Russians are far from disciplined and are taking orders directly from Putin and don't think for themselves (ww2 was the same).
