In a surprising departure from the well trodden protocols, our delicious and beautiful friends in Castle Montrosia have REVEALED their STELLAR LINE-UP a day earlier than usual.

So, I am obliged to do likewise. This week features, along with a thread which will asthmatically struggle to exceed five pages, Sporty Spice (who has aged quite well, it has to be said), and Brian Cox (the actor, not the physicist).

I wouldn't mind either of these people as guests, except for the fact that they'll be sitting opposite Ichabod ToyMan.

Gold in Wold Championship 1995. Beaten by drug cheats in 1992 and Gabriella Szabo in 2000.

She had one big meltdown, Atlanta. Whatever was wrong. But she was the best in the world 5k and 10k for years. 1,500m very good.

Not a Gerrard fan. Keane was solid, did the basic things good. End of. As a pure footballer he was not even for mentioning. And he himself would tell you this.
