I think people have this fantastical idea that Putin has some kind of omniscient power, put yourself in a Russian general's shoes, saving Putin's already disgraced reputation or saving yourself and your family from very real nuclear retaliation. This is Putin's last hand, he's beaten. They didn't nuke Georgia, the didn't nuke Chechnya or Afghanistan.
I'm trying not to be so cynical but I feel there's the roots of a campaign to drain public support for Ukraine with a 'watch your own backsides first, guys' message. He bluffed on the very first day of this conflict that any interference would lead to nuclear retaliation, yet there's Biden and other nations openly briefing the press on all the offensive and defensive weapons they are sending that will literally fry Russian troops within days.
Those 10 foreign contractors were also freed in the same swap? 5 Brits, 2 Yanks, 1 Swede, 1 Croatian, 1 Moroccan. A close shave for them (and I don’t mean just their hairstyles), some of them were already tried and sentenced to death a couple of months ago. And tortured afterwards.

I worry that he’ll pull the troops and then hit that nuclear station. It would be devastating and would achieve what he says he wants- a demilitarised bufffer between Russia and the west, as it’d be a nuclear wasteland. Don’t underestimate him or how badly he wants to win.

Given that "healthy" is the normal condition of a person, the burden of proof lies with those who claim the opposite. People who post a photo of a man holding the edge of a table as proof that he's terminally ill are only providing evidence of their own wishful thinking.
