I really don't understand the appeal of Foley whatsoever. A man in his 40s behaving like a hyperactive teenager.

Yeah I find when he isn't hyper, he is excellent. But tends to get too hyperactive and go off on a tangent, and gets annoying quickly.

Probably bi-polar. He did mention going to therapy for being anxious. I'd say for every high he has on radio, there is an equally deep low.

Congrats on the shout out.
He is absolutely appalling. I was glad when they announced he was taking over from the other dose, Fergal Darcy, but jaysus he's just so bad. I change now when he comes on, other parts of work have it on and all I ever hear is him making random, loud noises. It's just bad, not funny, no wit, not clever, nothing. Classic Hits or Newstalk for the Foley hours here.

Does anyone use the GoLoud app here?
I had this issue about 2 yrs ago and uninstalled it. Just reinstalled it now to listen to TLW, but same issue exists.
The radion stations seem to work fine, but any of the specialist stations, such as 80s, 90s, 00s, AllIrish, XM, Rock anthems don't. They all give "an error occurred during playback" message.
Any ideas?

I use iOS and don't have any issues with them. I find if you scroll too fast through the selection it gets confused though and will say that say Matt Cooper is on Spin or Dermot and Dave are on 98 fm.

On Android here, and no, I don't get that at all. Actually, mine is branded as the Today FM app, but when I open it, it gives me 'GoLoud' on the splash screen. I can still scroll to get 98FM, Newstalk, etc. It is quite slow to start playing if I just want to listen to whatever show is on, though - hit play, and it can take 3 or 4 seconds. The only other issue I have is that it'll sometimes randomly start playing one or more ads that appear to be GoLoud ads rather than a station ad break, and this interrupts the song that's playing, the news, the presenter - sometimes it even interrupts an ordinary ad break!
I get this ads issue too where they start at any point during a show. And the ads before the stream starts always seem to be very low as well. Sometimes I turn up my earphones and then when the show kicks in, it blasts my eardrums and I have to turn it down again.
Peter Colins from Spin is taking over 7-10pm Sundays and Louise Cantillon from Spin is Mondays and Tuesdays 7-10pm. Is there any news on who is Wednesdays and Thursdays? Steve K from Spin maybe?

Jessica Maciel has announced on her Instagram that she's moving on from Today FM after this weekend's shows.

I heard her show on Saturday mornings a few times, she doesn't seem too bad a presenter. Though I suppose you can only push guessing the year so far.
The Classic 9 at 11 was going on for a lot longer than when she was on the slot let me tell you. It's a Phil Cawley original.
I'll miss the 9 at 11, it was a bit of a laugh. Not so much the "Guess what people in a survey said was the most annoying vegetable in a salad?" "content".
Jess Maciel was doing Fridays 10–12am, Saturdays 11–2pm and Sundays 12–4pm.
My guess is Claire Beck will take Friday nights or they'll scrap 10–12am on Fridays in favor of non-stop music. I'm guessing Stephen Daly will take Saturdays and Sundays
Stephen would be a good fit for Saturday and Sunday. I heard him the past couple of nights, sounds likeable, though didn't do a huge amount, mainly just linked the music.
Hopefully the classic 9 at 11 will live on
