I use iOS and don't have any issues with them. I find if you scroll too fast through the selection it gets confused though and will say that say Matt Cooper is on Spin or Dermot and Dave are on 98 fm.

I had this issue about 2 yrs ago and uninstalled it. Just reinstalled it now to listen to TLW, but same issue exists.
The radion stations seem to work fine, but any of the specialist stations, such as 80s, 90s, 00s, AllIrish, XM, Rock anthems don't. They all give "an error occurred during playback" message.
Any ideas?

He is absolutely appalling. I was glad when they announced he was taking over from the other dose, Fergal Darcy, but jaysus he's just so bad. I change now when he comes on, other parts of work have it on and all I ever hear is him making random, loud noises. It's just bad, not funny, no wit, not clever, nothing. Classic Hits or Newstalk for the Foley hours here.

Foley and JP are gas, great to have them back.
Yeah I find when he isn't hyper, he is excellent. But tends to get too hyperactive and go off on a tangent, and gets annoying quickly.
He must have OCD or something.

I really don't understand the appeal of Foley whatsoever. A man in his 40s behaving like a hyperactive teenager.
Did the same when I came back in after lunch to hear Foley going on about, I dunno, some shite about a "craic harvester" at the ploughing championships, complete with sound effects of a tractor. Oh, how I laughed. As I switched over to 8 Radio.

Listened to some Ray Foley on Friday in the car, must say that his mix from 4 to 4.30pm is excellently done. I might even go as far as that it's better than Block Rockin Beats which can be on auto reshuffle from the previous week.
He's probably recording some new ads for appliances delivered!

If you don't hear it on Today FM, you will hear it on one of the other stations on the "Go Loud Network", i.e. Bauer Media-owned stations - Newstalk, 98FM, Spin1038 and Spin SouthWest.
