440km odd.
Slightly less on cold mornings but in fairness it jumps back up once the air heats up.
300km seems low.
What kind of range are people getting a full charge on their rwd?
Would be interested to know. I'm only getting 300km even though my efficency is just under 7km per kwh.
Let the battery go to 2% last night and fully charged back to 100%.
The car only took 52kw (allowing for heat loss more like 50kw)
So it seems that out of a 60kw pack the software is holding 10kw as a buffer.
Very frustrating to say the least.
Really hoping that changes over time.
Do you have your home address set as your home address in the cars navigation?
Charged my car at home for the first time last night. No issues. Was at 100% when I got up.
On the Tesla App it has not assigned the charge session to ‘Home’. How do I tell the app that my Gen 3 Tesla charger is ‘Home’?
thanks - Mike
You need to take the card out and plug into a computer and do any editing/zooming that way.
the Dashcam player in the car is fairly sh1tty and only for basic playback - and even still it’s very poor.
No, my car is from before the Tesla supplied Flash drive.
I use a SanDisk High Endurance MicroSD card.
Btw how to zoom an image on Dash cam or sentry ?
Are you using the Tesla supplied USB drive or something else?
As much as I’d like to have a proper dashcam for better quality footage, the quality in the cars cameras is sufficient should I ever need to use it…
Has anyone installed a Dashcam? I have a Blackvue 2 channel 590 and came across this thread where they are saying if you hardwire it to the hazards in the headliner it will work without affecting the battery.
Yep, every trip at night while driving in the countryside (where I live!)
Yeah I'm constantly getting it at night.
Not so much at night, but usually in winter with low sun.... always get it. rarely at night though.
Does anyone get the warning message "multiple cameras blocked or blinded" when driving mainly at night on regional roads?
Says he’s away and sis took snaps. Sent me pic of aero. Ad does say Aeros, but easy to kiss. not exactly believable but sure if he makes a quick buck flipping, there’s no harm there. I’d personally rather spend the extra couple of grand and get the 19" rims if in that boat.
I asked him why the wheels are not in the pictures. Maybe genuinely cr@pay photographer 😂
Note the way he shows a pic of price comparison with similar cars above grant price, due to wheels or whatever, yet his pics are cropped to not show wheels..
Would it affect future grant applications?? For the seller?
Nice margin for him if it sells!
Personally I do not like speed limit controlled cruise, always leave it turned off on this car and previous cars. Too many false sign reading (Whether on side road or wherever.) Prefer just to change speed with the right scroll wheel, so easy on the Tesla.
Seems so....
seems like it's a lot better in LHD countries!!
So are saying it’s country dependent?
I only see it (in Ireland) when on a motorway and when exiting off, it will drop down to 80 then 60 when I passes the signs….
having said that when driving in Lithuania this summer, it did it almost every time I went into a lower limit zone. (Mainly 90km/h down to 70km/h). Also when driving through France/Belgium/Holland/Germany, it was fairly spot on and adjusted every time…
In Lithuania when going from a 90 to 70 zone, it would adjust the speed down every time, and if I had AutoSteer on, it wouldn’t even let me manually increase the speed (even by 1km/h above 70km/h)… to do that I’d have to disengage AutoSteer!!
Apologies I should’ve been more clearer, so you also feel the same
I now see you earlier comments apologies. You are right about not adjusting cruising speed as it passes from one zone to another
Not clear what you are assuming should be basic. Reference to FSD is confusing as ID3 or 4 doesn’t have anything near this. (we have both Tesla and VW)
No EAP no FSD but I assumed this is basic and safety feature, my wife has it on ID3
Yeah I’m gonna hold off on installing til later maybe….
she’s going off now for a few hours so don’t want to give her any surprises!!!
The 2022.28.1 update just hit the car less than a week after the 24.8. Let's see how it performs on the way to Wicklow this morning...
The car won’t always adjust the speed to the speed limit. Do you have EAP or FSD?
with Tesla Vision, the follow distance setting of 1 is gone forever. So the only options are 2-7
