How long does it take for your reg to show up on insurance sites (powered by Cartell.ie)? Still not found 24 hours after receiving reg.
Taking delivery this Saturday.
I have just received my final invoice and registration details from Tesla.
I have also just sorted my insurance with my existing insurer (through 123.ie). Got a refund of €50!
All set now for Saturday...

I had sent them a text message yesterday to ask them when I could expect the registration details and they replied that they had requested it and I should expect it ASAP. If you are collecting on Sat then I'd say you should expect it today... 2 mins after changing across my insurance details, I received my new disc by email which was very efficient - fair play to them. I will check motortax.ie tomorrow and organise my tax disc then if I can - if not, it will be ready on Friday..
thanks a mate of mine said that was no longer an option so i just took his word!
Thanks no panic so i fully expect the insurance switchover to be a phone call and nothing more, hopefully a discount / refund as im sure the M3 couldnt be more of a risk than the current motor, tax not worried as you have the whole month to pay it
insurance might not be that easy - we were with AIG and to transfer it still had to go to underwriting which took over 24 hours as AIG by rule do not insure tesla's unless you are an existing customer.
Friday here and still no final invoice or reg. Texted them last night, no reply, so texted again.

I’ve just had a nightmare dealing with Liberty Insurance in regards to getting my wife insured on our Model 3 (collection Friday 16th). They won’t insure her as she has a learner permit and the Model 3 (standard range) is deemed a "performance car"… It's now gone to the underwriters to investigate further...
They have also said that when she passes her test, she will have to wait 3 years before she can drive the car?!?!
Has anyone experienced a situation like this before?
A newbie query with sentry mode, if anyone can advise.
Is it possible enable Sentry mode on a schedule? I want it enabled when away from "home", but I also want to enable it at "home" at night-time? I don't need it enabled during the day at "home" location.

Yes. Liberty were a pain in the hole. I was at baldonell for an hour (literally) on the phone shouting at different clueless call center monkeys before I got someoen who knew what to do. They dont cover EVs any more apparently. We have 2 on cover with them but will be moving at renewal
They just called back, alls sorted - she can be insured. However, we will also consider switching in the near future too..
Fingers crossed it wont come to that I'm currently with Allianz and it has always been extremely straightforward to change cars, haven't had to go to underwriting in about 12 years not since I had an Alfa GT!! (must be the 2 doors thing, such a big risk)

Do you mean that Spotify is included in the Premium connectivity plan, i.e. you don't also need to pay for a separate Spotify subscription? This would be good as we currently subscribe to Tidal.

It takes up to two days to show up on the insurance website . AXA couldn’t find mine so down as a long range instead of a standard.
just keep messaging them for the reg and the SEAI form to sign .

For those of you who use the Toll Bridges, don't forget to update your tags with the LEVTI (Low Emissions Vehicle Toll Incentive Scheme) so you can avail of the discounted tolls. Hopefully the scheme will continue next year.

Radio silence from the delivery folks today and yesterday after a few texts looking for a reg before Friday.
Do you have to show proof of tax and insurance when collecting? Even if I get the reg tomorrow it might not be on their systems by pickup.
