Got a box with all the henry hypo's, candies, sweet/sour jellies & Co - need them for Halloween trick or treat showdown ....
Berries and grapes from the 'park run healthy option' are really appreciated at our house - tend to last longer, not sure if it's because most of the fruits are from organic range ( no chemical fertiliser- pesticides used ) or if because they tend to be source from mainland Europe ( 3-4 days for transport, not weeks like when they're sources from Southern hemisphere )
I wish I had your discipline storing all of the treats for the kids.
henry hippo strikes again
Pretty novice question here but does 'Ends tomorrow' for a treat mean that tomorrow or today is the last day it can be used?! I've forgotten but I think it's tomorrow, isn't it?
You're correct, tomorrow is the last day.
Ends tomorrow means you have till cob next day to use it.
Are those top vegetarian meals nice? Which one would one recommend?
Anyone know why why the scratch prizes are generally rubbish. Dark chocolate, white chocolate, bleedin porridge etc. and I haven’t had a €1 off in a long time. Thanks 🙏

Contact Lidl and tell them you don't want free stuff. Ensure you label the quality products they give you for free as 'rubbish'.
I miss the €1 too, its the only thing always in stock.
Things i don't want, I collect anyway and donate to a local charity. Someone will benefit.
It would be great if they would team up with some charity where you could put those freebies you wouldn’t use into some sort of a bin or food bank.
We tried the chilli sin carne one, it was pretty nice.
One euro off costs them real money and they can't shape your purchase habits with it other than make you spend at theirs rather than aldi, etc. which you already do to some extent by using the app anyway.
"Rubbish" is cheap to make, they usually have a lot of it, and a free item might get you to buy something else.
I was thinking i missed the euro off the other day myself, the way things are going im sure it'd be 50c and 75c off or something instead if they brought them back.
good luck finding oats..not seen anywhere for a scratchcard
The scratchcards with porridge should be expired by today and the pressure will be off. I found plenty stock at lunchtime.
The porridge oats are the one thing I've always found consistently available, given how frequently they come up as a freebie. Never a shortage in any store I frequent.
Picked up my free bag last week and again today.

honeydew melon and porridge oats
Milk Chocolate Round or White Chocolate on First Scratch Card
Got a 20%-38% off men's workwear in app https://www.lidl.ie/c/d-i-y-ready-parkside/c725/w1
My local only had a few packs of promo loo roll left as of 09:30
Treats next Thursday
Those weird prices will be wild with rounding. I remember them saying we were getting rid of the 1 and 2 cent coins not just rounding them away.
Rowntree's Fruit Gums / Fruit Pastilles not appearing in the treats section of the app for this week despite showing on the leaflet
They are appearing in app now.
Sshhh we were meant to have forgotten about that. If you pay with card no rounding can be done. And if you bank with N26 no fees. Mind your cents and the euros.....
It's the total that's rounded, not each individual item.
You can only be over/undercharged 2¢ on your total bill.
None at all in my local at 9am this morning. They also didn't have any of the Kickstart / Proud to be Local Irish produced products in my store as advertised on the leaflet
For years been looking on the shops shelfs for a jar of honey that doesn't say in small print at the back (only because the law requires them to say the truth ) : Contains EU and Non-EU honey
And i've been looking on all pretty designed jars with fine looking folks and beekeepers from this island- all 100% Irish made /owned /sourced raw materials...( the fairy tale finishes when you read the small print on the jar...)
Simmer soups or Wine Gums on second scratch card
I get raw honey from farmers markets or directly from Irish local bee keepers and online
