It climbed steadily. I had 4 browsers open and 3 of them stayed at 2% and one of them kept going. I am not sure why

I wouldnt say that with the last city pack sale i got back in after seeing this message and picked up a cat 1 city pack

Got in, all tickets for Irelands potential QF were gone along with both SF's and F.
QF3 was available (England's if they win the group) but only CAT1 tickets at €300 each.
Ireland South Africa and Ireland Scotland both gone too.

Got in about 1830, all sold out bar Cat 1s to Tonga and Romania. Had no real interest in for those.

I got 4 for Romania and 2 for Tonga. The Tonga 2 aren't even seated together but I couldn't risk removing one in hope of getting a pair.

There absolutely has to be more tickets to be released.
Gradually this evening, Ireland Romania and Ireland Tonga have shown up as "unavailable" but there's no way that they have sold a combined 75 or 80k tickets for those matches a year out.
Only 200k tickets were available and most of them would have been Cat 1 and 2.
There are loads of tickets held back, always are.
Its all to panic people into buying the Cat 1 tickets.

In after 3 hours. Everything gone bar some games that will never sell out . About 3 games with tickets like Italy v Namibia etc
Yes, definitely, but it's still an utter farce of a system! I advance as far as the expanding circle "You are in the queue, please wait..." screen, but never got into the actual queue itself. At one point it came up with some bullshit about me losing my place because I'd tabbed out or refreshed or something (I hadn't). I'm pretty sure everything was already sold by the time I got to that screen. I shouldn't complain too much, I managed to get tickets for "follow Ireland" package last year, but ffs, it's frustrating!
Got on eventually at about 7.00pm. Anything any good was gone.
The only plus is we might learn a few things from the experience. Going to head home and try to do it at home on Thursday instead of work as would be stuck there all night otherwise. It's an awful time. Not sure why they didn't do a ballot or something like Japan. Whole system is a mess. Wouldn't leave you with much confidence that things will go right on Thursday especially with more people likely going on.
