No I am arguing with puppets whose paid job is to peddle Russian propaganda, spread disinformation and dismiss any news not approved by ministry of truth.
CNN might have a partisan slant when it comes to US politics but unlike Russian media they have top notch journalists and fact checking.
Russia has no free media left and any journalists were murdered or are in prison, leaving the likes of that circus we see daily that makes (gaasp) Fox News sound sane
Unfortunately with Putin heading for a bunker(?) and the speed of withdrawl plus not sending anyone to the conflict causes one apalling possibility to immediately spring to mind.
I'd be far happier if they were sending reinforcements
Sky News reporting of the war is probably up there with the best of any organisation on the planet. If not the best.
Might as well send train loads of cats - mrrow.
Given all the petty squabbling going on in this thread I'm guessing that it's a, relatively, slow news day over in Ukraine.
Idiotic comment. He said Reuters, not RT. And he's right, CNN is a trashy channel, not as bad as Fox, but not much better, maybe Sky News level.
I am aware of that Bass, but a squad having 1 bolt action would not be awful. A squad carrying nothing but bolt actions would suicidal.
And it would appear from photos of some of the DPR and LPR units that the former is the case.
That tells you the Russian administration does not have a plan B and it is digging in for at least another 2 years fighting
What the Russian administration has planned to do and what their forces are actually capable of doing are rather divergent.
@darthputin Any links to those allegations i'm a supporter of Putin?
This is the 3rd time now iv'e asked you please supply the evidence or i will be reporting you for unfounded nonsense and conspiracy theories.
Apologies I did mix you up with another poster.
Balance =/= giving equal airtime to the bleating's of a random assortment of conspiracy loons and charlatans
In WW II Japanese Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto recognised the USA had the materials and production capacity to win the war, since Japan itself did not have the raw materials. He knew he had a limited timespan to inflict damage on the Americans, before American industrial production would ramp up.
Both the Russians and Ukrainians need compatible munitions to feed their artillery and tanks. Ukraine is getting compatible munitions from Pakistan. China is a massive production economy on the scale of the United States, should the Chinese politburo order a scale up to produce munitions for Russia, they can breathe a second life into Russian offence operations. Most of the countries you mention can all produce weapons, but to scale up production means switching to a war economy (aka WW II), as the materials and spending needed must be diverted from consumer use. NATO are now scouting around for stocks of Abrams or Leopard tanks to sent to Ukraine. Ukraine pre war had a defence industry from the Soviet times, it no longer has the production facilities to repair broken tanks and must make do with retrieving parts from the scrap heap to conduct field repairs.
The Russian company UralVagonZavod has problems with sourcing parts to make tanks, and recently they have expanded repairing tanks that are not total write-offs. The Kremlin has also ordered that their defence industries be mobilised to ramp up production and likely inspections to cut out the corruption that leads to crap quality output. Russia has the materials and production centers to supply a war economy. That tells you the Russian administration does not have a plan B and it is digging in for at least another 2 years fighting, most likely hoping that NATO countries will break due to domestic pressures.
This is why China has to be monitored, if this drags on long enough and they can secure sufficient oil and gas from Russia and its satellites to make up for a United States blockade of gulf oil, then that becomes a game changer for Russia. So far they are not doing that, but remember the US did not enter WW II officially until 1941. In two years time, China can be a game changer.
Withdraw that baseless allegation sir. It's Infowars all the way for EOQRTL
I can't understand how people don't see that. It definitely aims it's content at a group of gullible people who would come from a tabloid reading background. Think i read recently they've been taken over maybe?? not so sure but either way they have a long way back to their routes of the 90's when they seemed to report from a more balanced prospective.
He's right though. CNN is the other side of the coin from Fox News.
Fox News isn't on any side of coin, it's just a vehicle to give their revenue generators carte blanche to say whatever conspiratorial shíte will get the dangerously stupid watching.
It's in competition with other loon outlets in a race to see who can report the craziest horseshít, occasionally though a contributor may something that is actually true that goes against the mentally unwell narrative, and of course they will be labelled deep state.
CNN International largely stays clear of the divisive politics, at least during the day and is as reputable as the BBC.
Anyone who claims they are similar to twitter in all likely hood has bitchute'd themselves retarded.
NATO has decided to fight them at arms length. = Drivel
NATO wants 1 thing from Russia and always has and it can be summed up neatly = mind your own **** business.
Pa ElGrande?
Yeah, that's not me. Put your glasses on. Easy mistake to make. All is forgiven.
I'm not anti western in any way whatsoever. I despise Putin and his cronies and i believe i've stated as much on numerous occasions.
This Darth Putin character seems to be actually imagining stuff in his head and just seems to be allowed to label anyone at will a Putinbot or similar without any repercussions. It's not very progressive in regards enabling discussion tbh.
Fantasy about Europe invading Russia.
Ie. The identicle rubbish that Russia used to justify its invasion, an invasion about thing stealing the resourses of Ukraine.
= Drivel.
Reuters, AP, Forbes, Politico would be my go to. What about you?
Calm down Paul. I'm well aware of the contributions of the Irish med and pharma industry. You know we export more $ per capita than any other country?
Any sign of that drivel?
CNN have been doing the whole Putin dying/being overthrown spiel since February. It's a tabloid news channel that tells people what they want to hear, you might as well read The Sun.
Seems to be a link to the Washington Post, behind a paywall. What's that got to do with CNN?
Still nothing of substance from you.
Heart medication, anti-viral, worlds largest producer of blood products, pain killers, vaccines, Europes largest medical device manufacturer. Russia are issuing medikits with 1960s dates to troops in Ukraine and you think that Irish industry is the joke.
Good day to you sir, you clearly have nothing to add to debate other than copy paste.
Seems like there's a witch-hunt of anything remotely anti-western. We're shocked when anti-war protesters in Russia are arrested, seems the same militant attitudes are present here.
Apparently, I've been posting pro-Russian drivel for days.
Any sign of that drivel Paul?
I'll accept an apology if you don't mind.
You want to list what you consider reputable sources, so when inevitable Russian war crimes pop up I can keep reminding you
There is in a modern context. It the equivalent of a Zulu Spear against the British Martini Henry rifle or the mostly Dervishes warriors of Sudan armed with single shot rifles against British rapid fire Enfield rifles, Maxim machines guns and rapid firing artillery.
Most modern armies have stopped using bolt action rifles as sniper rifles with 30+ years.
They sell for good $$ to collectors in the US. These ones are likely unfired and dropped once.
Down the end you will see some descriptions.
What in gods name are you talking about?
You are literally making stuff up in your own head.
I don't get that sense at all. You almost never hear Putin getting mention in the Z channels, unless it's that he's not taking more drastic action. All the criticism is coming onto the army leadership.
