Hello, I have done 1 FE1 so far, and have 1 coming up in Sept. I finished up my job a few days ago and I'm thinking of sitting 6 FE1s in March 2022, rip the band-aid off! I wonder if you guys think it might be possible to achieve this if I start studying in October, or is that way too much to take on?
Firstly I really admire the motivation to get them finished that is obviously key. One of the hardest things about these exams is you have to rattle off a list of 250 cases, go into the exam, come out and forget everything you learnt, and rattle off your 250 case list for the next day. Doing this 6 times over the space of possibly 10 days - and having to produce in total 30 high quality answers - extremely challenging. You will need to do this whether you study a year in advance or a month in advance. I personally think 6 exams would be very unfair to yourself and your mental health. Locking yourself away Independently studying from October - March without a job is likely to be quite isolating, require a huge amount of discipline and I personally think I would burn out by Christmas. I think splitting it up into 4 and 2 or 3 and 3 is a wise decision. I am a firm believer that slow and steady wins the race.
Has anyone heard any EU predictions? Apart from the usuals like FMOG Competition law etc

I would say for criminal a broad range of topics but you don't need to know them in depth. The examiner reports are very helpful also. DM me your email I can send you my script from March and what I covered
Tort was the first exam I sat last year and I didnt do a prep course but might have other materials I can send on, I will check.
I have one left too - Constitutional - and absolutely dont have a clue... and that's with doing a prep course!! 😂🙈

Does anyone know for criminal are all the details/cases listed in his reports needed? My notes are not that in depth at all/lacking some cases and I think it’s too late to start editing my notes I want to just get learning the ones I have. Anyone have any insights?

No definitely not all- I think I remember him even mentioning in his exam reports something along the lines of that there are other relevant cases that students mentioned which were appropriate and they got marks for them. There is so much case law in criminal that it would be impossible for him to mention it all in his reports :) they are just a useful guide! I got marks for cases he hadn’t mentioned in his reports. Let me know if you need me to send on my script :)

I think you’re taking about striking off that came up in last sitting? I don’t have notes because it is extremely unlikely to come up again and is always answered poorly. If you really want to do it though best thing to do is get hold of his book.
