this is surprising if it's true

He's paid it back, I'm sure there's plenty of dirt if someone went digging.

Absolute...clown
Total
"As I sit here at my desk....." Gimme a break. And as for Sarah, words fail me.
Have they got a brain cell between the pair of them?
It seems he was originally supposed to accompany his daughters at Philip's memorial.
As he "sat at his desk on a cold clear crisp morning" did he have a look around for an ounce of self-awareness? I'd imagine the queen realises she hasn't much time to rehabilitate his public image and the rest of his family don't seem to want to help.
I think they must share one. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, he has it. They split Sundays, otherwise she has it on the other days. It was her turn today
“Almost impossible for me to sweat” hahahahahaha what an absolute plonker.
Andrew might have thought it would all die down after he paid the settlement and the fanfare of the Jubilee, but the story keeps on giving.
The rehab attempt of the nonce continues...and fails...
Even people there uncomfortable ha.
She said she was reluctant to speak to Prince Andrew, adding: 'I really didn't want to. I felt I couldn't not because other people started to move away from him, so I needed to say something. But I didn't feel comfortable.'
Yeah, the opinion of gawkers who travel a long distance just to look at a mourning family needs to be held in high esteem. The beautiful double standard of the self righteous brigade.
It's a statement when even devout royalists (as you say gawkers...bit creepy imo) think he is creepy.
The 12 million (of which his mum paid a chunk of) can't launder his reputation thankfully.
I can’t think of any other term that would fit these people better. They don’t have a personal relationship with the family but turn up to watch them…maybe that’s something people do, but I find it rather strange. But then it wouldn’t occur to me to go to a funeral unless there was a reason for me to go.
And his accuser said that it was never about the money. I wonder how much she ended up with after her legal team got their cut?
Why wouldn't he be clasping his hands together as he was lucky she stayed alive and in good mental and physical health to sort out his serious situation...king Charles 111 wouldn't I think bail him out so easily or at all.
Randy Andy trying to make a case that the public still like him. Once Virginia can start talking about him he'll find himself exited to a cottage on one of the royal estates.

Old habits die hard.
Prince Andrew gets to look after the queen's two young corgis cause you know young bitches and all that........

Andy may be a nonce with close personal ties to Epstein, but let me tell you this - at least he's no Meghan Markle. I mean, she... she did that thing... and the other thing she said... and the way she moved her arm in that clip... so disrespectful to the queen. And that photo of her - you know the one. Terrible woman! 😡
Have a day off from the victim blaming, will you? Embarrassing behaviour.
The money he had to cough, or rather Mumsy, was a disaster for him, and had left him exiled.
But yeah, you continue on with your vindictive crusade.
He and his daughters gave the corgis to the Queen. Why not take them back? Assuming that you did actually read the article!
What’s wrong with a father comforting his grieving daughter?
Stating facts isn’t victim blaming. I doubt she’ll see much of the money once her legal team get their cut.
As soon as there are large sums of money involved (repeatedly even) there is naturally a big question mark on victim testimony. Most likely they are all lying.
Her entire adolescence was destroyed being groomed, used and trafficked by Epstein. No amount of money can compensate her. If that payout brands Andrew for what he did to her, then good. I hope she and her family can enjoy security and comfort and she can enjoy the rest of her life. I can't even begin to imagine what she endured and I don't begrudge her a penny. Fair play on her for coming forward and speaking out.
It's despicable to cast aspersions on an abuse survivor seeking damages. One poster here used to be unreal for it, particularly regarding those who endured Savile. That poster - probable psychopath. No humanity or empathy at all. And was a Christian.
Money makes life easier. It means you don't have to worry about bills, can upgrade your car (which everyone has to do), can move house or make your current home more comfortable, you don't have to worry about medical expenses (an abuse survivor often needs therapy), helps when raising children. It's a deserved life buoy in a brutal storm.
Seeking damages is not a bit like seeking justice. She got neither. Abused by those who groomed her. Abused by those supposed to support her in her fight for justice.
People lie, particularly if money is involved. The abuse victim card pays particularly well these days, so you shouldn’t be surprised if people are suspicious.
Stop with the diagnoses while you’re at it.
I'd bet there are times when the survivor knows justice won't be done, due to the power the abuser holds (or in Savile's case, getting away with it by dying). Damages is their only recourse.
Yeah, people come out with the most outrageous nonsense. Like knowing the exact time and location they visited a Pizza Express 20 years previously, despite photographic evidence prooving where they were and who with.
