My one big takeaway from this weekend is DeVries has become undeniable.
How can a team with a vacant seat not look at a driver that gets 25 minutes driving someone else's car in p3, gets a poor car into q2 while out qualifying your team mate and will probably end up with points at the end of the race.
Leclerc tends to make mistakes when under pressure.
Also I think he pressed a wrong button or something which ruined what would be his hot lap in Q2. Has issues with the fit in the car and seatbelt - he has done a wonderful job this weekend. Would love him to nab a point at least.
Latifi must feel VERY worried for next year. Devris makes that Williams look like a race car. Not just an accident causer
I think it’s an attempt to be more collaborative in reaction to some of their errors earlier in the season but it’s all a bit of a mess. Team lacks decent leadership at different levels.

I've never seen Nyck de Vries drive before, I don't watch F2 but he is clearly ready for F1, that Williams is not that slow Latifi has us all fooled.
