A military coup would be the easiest to coordinate - someone near the top makes the decision, and all beneath obey?
In an inner circle situation, the first voice of dissent is wholly reliant on falling on friendly ears, as is every voice along the chain/network.
An opposition group would hardly have the means.
Then there's the lone wolf or select few who might simply shoot, stab, strangle or poison him.
Said it yesterday, the brave initial deputies could be just the spark needed to start a chain reaction. Putin had the military behind him but if you lose 50k men in your military, with another 50k coming back in bits, the rest might start asking if they have backed the wrong horse. Especially if the money is no longer flowing easily into the country for his allies.
This could be the moment that changes the war
There's a whole rotten collection of enablers around mr putrid. Do not make the mistake that removing him will result in sunshine and light. The entire mafia system/culture needs to be destroyed in that country for them to have any chance of being admitted to the civilised world again.
Maybe try Microsoft's Edge browser. It auto translates the Ukrainian armed forces Telegram channel.
What Russia needs is for the same thing to be done to them as Japan immediately after WW2 - taken over and run by a foreign power until democracy and different ways becomes ingrained.
This would benefit ordinary Russians immensely, in the same way the US occupation of Afghanistan inproved their lot until the Taliban stuck their beards in and started to show Afghans why they didn't miss them.
America obviously knew from the early days Ukraine had it in them to win this battle if properly armed.
Hence the support financially and militarily.
Ukraine have some balls.

You would only need enough men to take on the private security. I wager soldiers would not fire on each other in this situation see what way the wind is blowing kinda way. The FSB could even do something at this stage. It's very strange to see politicians over there put the head on the block calling for removal. I wager it will be like waking up to hear about the Queen is dead no for warning he will just be gone.
Also, a lot of the population are still in a 'serf' mindset : that it is their destiny to be told what to do by a Tsar like figure and whatever decision he makes is the correct one. That is clearly deeply dysfunctional.
Yeah, good idea. I don't see any known (to me) russian up to the job.
Yes some can be used against the russians and same time offcourse trace its origin
Tune for the Ukrainians.
Russian state tv propaganda is running out of excuses
To supply cannon fodder for their army, make life as **** as absolutely possible while raping the nation of it's resources. How often do we see it around the world, nations with immense wealth that could do so much for it's people, stolen by a minority.
Interesting spin: the Ukrainians haven't taken Moscow, so the gains thay've made don't matter.
Not wanting to rain on any parades or blitzkriegs, that nuclear power plant looks like its going to rely on its diesel backup generators to prevent a catastrophe.
IIRC this is a newer design. No meltdown or release of radiation unless sabotaged. Think it just takes months to get it back online.
Text and tweets aren't a poroblem - it's the place names on map images and video that get me.
According to them, yes, but in reality we all know it is
Welcome James. Why would the US be bothered by winter?
Just wondering if this is all opportunistic or is it by design. A parallel occurred to me and it happened nearby. In 1944/45 the Soviet army bypassed a German army in the Crimea and left it there for most of the rest of the war. They referred to it as a free POW camp where the prisoners fed and guarded themselves.
Have the Ukrainians deliberately drawn Russian reserves and their new 3rd corp of reinforcements, into a temporary free POW camp in Kerson, where due to lack of intact bridges they cannot resupply enough to attack and cannot withdraw fast enough to support the rest of their army?
The world is watching....icy beads of sweat trickling down the faces of Russian state TV propagandists being warned by the buffoon with the buttons, that Stalin believed those who display panic should be executed. Such a subtle warning.
Complete failure to understand the point.....
The US would fall over themselves to welcome in a Putin replacement who would end the war and shift Russia back toward the West. Many speculate that’s why Navalny has been kept alive, he’s a get out of jail card for the Russian elites if Putin goes tits up. Getting way way ahead of ourselves here but if this could happen before October 16th, any Russian replacement could name his or her terms with the West as it would be disastrous for Xi’s election.
The west will not be caught out again. It's going to be NK M2 for a very long time. You think even business are going to go back after they stole planes ? Any brand that goes back will be crucified so no one will jump first. The place will slowly decay as modern tech wears out. China rip offs will only go so far.
Thanks often wondered what the writing says. But the sense of humor translates just fine with the video itself and tunes. One of my fave vids that I cant find is the Ukrainian Farmer on the tricked out tractor.
After months of crawling by inches the speed of advance is incredible
Russians being told to move to Russia to protect civilians, good joke
Never been a Meme so good for a situation.
I think private security would have to be either brought on side or circumnavigated, I'm not too sure about confrontation. I agree with your no warning scenario.
