Entertaining the possibility of a tactical nuclear strike. Where exactly would they target that? They are fighting a dispersed army across a massive front-line.
"Maybe Eritrea can help us." 😁
orcs in Izyum must be worried now
If he does and the chain of command actually obey his order then the poo will hit the propeller. He/they might figure it will stay "limited" and lord knows we have to pray it does if it happens. However if he does detonate the first atomic bomb since WW2 any support he has worldwide from anyone(save for maybe nth Korea) will be utterly gone. The back and forth about Russian visas and current sanctions will look like a bit of a spat. Russia and Russians would be completely and utterly isolated and for decades to come. Dark Ages time.
This is beginning to look like a complete rout up North.
A Longer video of the humvee assault , can't not enjoy a 50cal shooting fulll auto
Putin can't be seen to be beaten, if he is , not only does he loose his power, but Russian influence on world stage is done.
I fear he may use a tactical Nuke now,he has enough hardliners to back him.
I know the feeling,lol
That is true Wibbs, he did steer Belarus away from Russia in the first decade of his rule and that did make him popular. However his reinduction of Serfdom made him immediately widely hated amoungst all generations.
If he had not run like F***ing coward to big Daddy in Moscow 2 years he would have been another Gadaffi or Ceaușescu.
I ain’t getting any work done today 😂 good news keeps on rolling
Good news
It's also a generational thing to a large degree. The older generation can see him as good for the nation, and he apparently was in the early days and was a very popular politician and then he went nuts with power. It's the younger generation that have little or no time for him and see him as an old fart, a sad reminder of the past.
That looks like an absolutely lethal defensive system. Not the most mobile, and probably not the best option for offensive operations unless you mount them on a vehicle, but if properly emplaced, you can set up one hell of a kill zone for tanks or armored vehicles with these things, especially if you set them up for remote control.
Shock and awe ala Blitzkrieg
Several explosions have targeted collaborators in Melitopol
exactly, and they know what they are fighting for
Love the views
Another special delivery from the Norwegians this time,
350 land based hellfire missles , finally hellfires heading to Ukraine
Something no Russian ever wanted to see .
Humvees racing towards their positions with 50cals signing their death tunes
Sending complaints to the duma is just a stunt, for whatever reason. The duma is the most rubber of rubber stamps, it's not a parliament, it's a collection of yes men & women.
Belarussians have always been awake to Lukashensko. While Putin is a dictator, he has always had a good degree of support in Russia, United Russia only need to massage elections a little and control the press.
Lukashensko on the other hand is truely hated, enjoys almost no support and counts votes before an election.
We are up to double the area liberated than Russia acquired in two months
Completely agree. I think the loss of Crimea would be a catalyst for either lots of good things or one very bad thing
Crimea is 27,000 Sq. Kms (Wikipedia) so equivalent to 164 x 164 which is less than 4 times Cork County (Wikipedia 7,500 Sq. Kms) if I'm correct
Aye. The general gist I've gotten over the years from talking with Russians(after Russia annexed Crimea, so it came up a few times in convo) was they very much consider it Russia. They varied regarding Donbas/Ukraine in general/what "wider Russia" means, but not over Crimea.
Remember there's thousands of Belarusians fighting alongside Ukrainians, they will be eventually going home .
Looks like Putins boyfriend Lukashensko will have his hands full in the future as well
People are starting to wake up from the tyranny
Crimea would be a tough loss to swallow, purely because most Russians truly believe it is theirs. The loss of Crimea will bring down any Russian President. For that reason it would be best for his successor if it was lost under Putin's watch.
These deputies should be well recognised for their bravery here. This is the closest we've seen to the russian's waging war on Putin themselves and he has shown not to tolerate this sort of insubordination in the past.
Fingers crossed this is just the spark needed to ignite a wage of civil unrest
If Putin gets, er, replaced and a new leader is appointed - It's hard to see the new leader not accepting pulling out of Crimea to get back into World's good graces. If they don't they'll just face the same fate as Botox face. Then there's reparations...
Ukraine makes alot of progress, probably more than Russia have made in 3 months
