Luke Thomas, singer, never heard of him.
Christ. That's the poorest drop out I ever remember.
Exactly. Asking someone to beat another at the other's specialised discipline.
Goggins on all jockeys😂 He must know Ruby Walsh.
Jaysus I thought it was Ray Shah
The keyboard soldiers here are gas, you'd calve within the first 10 minutes
Them special forces lads are trained in unarmed combat, and in dirty fighting. It wouldn’t be so 1 sided if they went up against an Irish mma lad, especially Kavanagh.
I wouldn't pass, fear of heights and I can't swim. But I'd survive 10min or tonight as they were just roared out of it.
Know 13 of them myself, actually wouldn't be surprised if the jockey ended up doing well, could be a renaissance story like Marc O'Neill last year, Setanta O'Halpin is some unit.
So this drag lady fella quit before even attempting the first task. He didn’t even try it. And now he is on the 6 o’clock show saying he didn’t do too good or too bad in the show. He reckons cos he jumped off the boat and had to be pulled to the jetty, and then got through the bit of exercise and shouting, that he did ok. What a softie!!
He was a joke! A 90 year old would have been better.
Did you watch the English one? The 60 yo javelin thrower......she was a machine for the gas challenge!!
The annoying thing is, he took the place of someone who who may have been prepared to challenge themselves .
Ah well as he said himself at least he's "fabulous".
No I didn't see.
Yes. Just there to fill up the diversity quota.
Fatima Whitbread is one of the most physically and mentally strongest women around. She looks great now for 60 years old.
Awe now that's a bit harsh. It was a very harsh exercise too and I am sure nk one there thought they would be doing anything like that. They thought it would be all physical and mental exercises not one involving a gas. I would have pulled out before doing it you as I could not have my eye being itchy like that. Just too risky.
I am sure if it had of being anything else he would of tried it it's just it was gas. It did take a lot of courage for him to go on the show. I am sure he did not think he would be out so quick either.
Yeah agree, but what has Fatima got to do with the drag lad.
Wasn't overly blown away by the first episode, they got it fairly easy compared to the regular season. The guy who dropped out got way too much air time, he'd have been told to **** off on the normal version
Ais the bash Daly is a relative of mine. She's very tight-lipped about the show, would say nothing except that the tasks get worse............much worse :)
Watching the English version in Channel 4. It's like night and day in comparison, way, way more less intense in every aspect compared to the Irish one
Yeah the Irish one is different gravy in comparison, much prefer the Irish one.
I brought her up in comparison to him.
You mentioned a 90 year old would have been better.
I somewhat agreed giving a real life example of Fatima who is 60 and was a machine in the gas challenge. Even the "Staff" were taken aback by how unaffected she was.
Oh grand. I missed your post.
'I feel selfish for missing my son's birthday and instead being forced to go on a reality tv show to boost my own.....sorry my chosen charity's profile'
Nothing too exciting tonight so far.
Too much Fiona O'C tonight. She's grand and understandable reactions but a bit of variety needed.
Goggins, especially, is getting really full of himself.
I know this is their area and they're the experts but there are other areas, qualities and talents in life where they might be lacking, and they can't be easy to live with!
Setanta back in the day at Carlton 🤭
Surely they'd have organised it that McKillop was the leader of the task her pulled out of? The fella has cerebral palsy, unlike other lads with 'social anxiety'.
Season has been kinda dull so far, too much focus on individual contestants. Scratch should be good next week
The thing with the salt water goggles seemed like a load of bollocks though, couldn't 'really see as to what purpose it was meant to achieve. Seems kinda harsh that Oisin dropped out because of it, he's probably the most interesting contestant of the lot
