It's breath taking that people read stuff on Twitter and take it at face value. Never ceases to amaze me.
Seems it's not Russian propaganda,it been claimed the Ukrainians made then video and sent it into russian social media accounts ,
If true it's really clever
I give up.
What can people believe ?
And actually have real journalists on ground doing real journalism, some articles are quite in depth
More than can be said of likes of RT
Yeh
I guess we can quote Russians themselves?
Who also calls for more “filtration” camps
I missed this on Monday. I am not sure how much Gas supply this will offset but with Gas storage reserves in Germany recently stated to be at 85% perhaps they have the winter issues largely covered.
Like filtration camps for civilians will stop artillery and tanks coming
A war crime a day keeps your humanity away
I don't think tactical nukes would be the fix he imagines they'd be.
Where was this "published"?
He's outraged that some several hundred invaders will be killed and he's advocating several nuclear strikes on fellow slavs as a desired response, which could possibly lead to the end of ALL slav life. Is he writing in the Arkham Asylum Times?
Apparently on a pro russian telegram.
More likely someone in his mammies box room somewhere in the world
There is more, this time from another Russian but from Kharkiv in north
@wartranslated been posting translations from Russian social media and intercepts since start of war
Above indicates superior training and tactics by Ukrainians and hilariously describes Stalinesque canon fodder troops of LDR being kept watch by Rosgvardia behind them
Stay classy-ic Russia!
Ah, so self published. Depends on who the individuals are I suppose.
Seems it’s encircled alright
Roger Waters' embarrassingly naive letter. Replies are interesting
Facebook
Waters is a proper miserable ****, a fine example of why that beatnik generation are an embarrasement. No suprise that he went for Zelenskys missus either
Zelenskyy interview with NBC David Muir: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fm2ptb2BSWA
Interesting picture painted there from the Russian point-of-view. If accurate, it would confirm the long running suspicion that the quality of Russian conscripts is beyond piss-poor and pales in comparison to better prepared & trained Ukrainian forces.
Their account also suggest that their air force is concerned about Ukraine's anti-air abilities, which might be why the Badarakar drones have been having an easier time lately.
But this account still illustrates a tough fight where the Russians are still holding out at various bases and important targets. It'll still be a hard slog. I'm still hoping enough of them eventually loose their nerve and flee from Kherson. Would make an eventual win much less bloody.
The man is nearly 80 and there are few people he hasn't fallen out with. Ego the size of a solar system and a self-righteousness to match.
Believe nothing during any war until the battles have ended. There is so much disinformation and propaganda from both sides in this or any conflict.
We have people quoting the Kyiv Independent as a source for goodness sake. That's like listening to RT and taking it as gospel. 🤣
One of these two is from a democratic country with free Press and journalists not afraid of going near balconies.
Trying to draw false equivalence is laughable
Free press you say.
https://europeanjournalists.org/blog/2021/08/26/ukraine-president-bans-opposition-media-strana-ua-and-sanctions-editor-in-chief/
It's not that free but there seem to be fewer attempts to make stuff up, as western press agencies can verify quite a bit.
@EOQRTL i recommend you go stand in red square with a blank placard
you will have many years to think and write about “freedom” during your extended Siberian vacations then
Putin feels hard done by. All together now aaaahhhhhhhhhh
Anyone else here feeling incredulous at the amount of "FB morons" peddling the "Zelensky isn't squeaky clean so why shouldn't Putin have rolled in?" line.
Idiots !!!
Since regaining independence in 1991, Ukraine has gone through many ups and downs in the quest for free speech, but has emerged from three turbulent post-Soviet decades with one of the freest media environments in the former USSR.
Do you even read what you link?
Why would i do that? Russia hasn't got free press and i don't even like Russians. You stated Ukraine has free press and have been made look silly in that statement. Ukraine is a great country and has many things that are good, freedom to speech and press is most definitely not one of them.
I'm more humoured by the fact you use Facebook tbh.
