Same boat with you but hopefully by the end of the day we receive something, delivery team seem very confident so let’s wait and see

That’s what has put me off ordering them I think the newer models have a different fit something to do with a rubber + on the back of the pedals, but I’m sure it could be removed with a craft knife

Here are the Tesla stats for 2022(YTD) and 2021. Its mainly a Greater Dublin (Leinster) gig. I suspect mainly due to lack of showrooms and service centres in the other provinces.

No, they've been very clear from me that they need the VLC. I've been asked 3 times by three different people to provide copies of the VLC
I am waiting for a replacement log book from the Dublin Motor Tax office for my trade in.
Does anyone know if Tesla will accept a trade-in on the day without the physical log book? It's a Tesla I am trading in that I purchased directly from them, so they know the history etc.
I've kept them in the loop about waiting for the replacement, but starting to get nervous about next week's dropoff / pickup if it doesn't come in time.

I can change the insurance with the VIN, I'll need insurance to drive my X up and then change the policy to the 3 over the phone.
I'm just concerned that I drive up to baldonnel and theres no car registered!
The road tax wouldn't be a concern for me - its 100% the insurance...I ain't driving that bad boy out of baldonell without that in place
Collecting on the 9th and no registration yet either... starting to get concerned again!
That's interesting, I am also collecting on 13th. I also asked about possibility of taking delivery this week, but didn't get a reply!

I called yesterday to see if my collection date could be moved up - was thinking perhaps some people would have had to push out their collection dates for whatever reason....was told that my car isn't arriving into the country until 9th, 12th will be a once over and then 13th is my date. Am surprised that not all of them are already in the country by this stage. Still haven't heard anything re reg number either..
Which pedals did you go for? Couldn’t decide on a set and there seems to be a difference between the 2022 m3 and pre April 21
Mine was collected at the car park just to right of The Renault pin. Marquee in car park. There were Tesla flags flying at the entrance. (First entrance to right after coming off the Naas Road.)
Insurance transferred today. Performance pedals arrived too and center/nut covers too if I decide to take aeros off. All set!
got the proof of reg this evening - get her insured tomorrow and all set for Thursday - get in there.

I'd say all will go as planned. When I got mine there was a bit of a rush the last few days, getting grant forms signed and scanned back to them etc.
Not sure how many of us here collecting on Friday, I received no text or email so far, last Thursday David from delivery team said it pending the Seai approval, I enquired if we should postpone the delivery he assured me no need , so I’m keeping calm, payment completed 19/08 and VIN appeared on the account, we can tax after we receive the vehicle in a few clicks .

Send them an email and usually they respond very quickly and ensure you are prioritised if your collection date is close. You’ll need the time to arrange your motor tax and insurance.
Nothing yet re reg number, pickup is the 9th so not miles away. If I dont hear by Wed will give them a ring.

I've heard some conflicting info around the exact pickup location. In my Tesla account, it says to pickup from D22 AV20, but some say that the Renault Ireland location on Google maps is closer to the real pickup location. Does anyone know which is correct, and if a taxi can bring you all the way in, or if you get dropped at the gate on Baldonnel Rd? Thanks
13 km. You need 2kWh or about 3.5% give or take to reach it.

not sure what the SoC is I know some were quite low last time I guess we will have to wait for some reports hopefully from tomorrow, I think the biggest issue was cars needing a charge to balance the pack and show an accurate SoC
Did someone here say previously there's an Ionity or some fast charger near the pickup location in Baldonnel?
What sort of state of charge do they typically hand over the car with?
