The unfortunate reality here is that Russia knows full well they only have to wait until populations in Europe feel serious pain this winter as a result of the energy squeeze and support will wilt for the Ukranians.
I don't see a way around this. The fact is Europe's dependency on Russian energy, particularly Germany, has left the continent in a really precarious state.
What's even more annoying is some of this is self inflicted over many years now, mindlessly following the green agenda, power plants being closed all over the place, restrictions on extraction of national resources and an increasing reliance on Russian energy have brought us to this point.

You're forgetting Kermit, as you often seem to, that the US and UK are not affected by any energy squeeze and won't be 'wilting'.
Nor will Poland, Scandinavia or the Baltics because they well know the unfortunate reality of Russian imperialism.

Makes sense,and like you said,you wont get much heavy equipment across that way and you extremely vulnerable to missiles,like stingers or piorun,or NASAMS if they have recived it.
I'd have the same opinion as Gatling. You frequently post pro Russian posts (for balance I suppose 🙄). You also contradicted yourself. In areas where there were significant Ukrainian citizens (in their own country) you said Ukraine should abandon them and let Russia have the land. The exact opposite of what you have said re the six counties. There's a word for that.

There's some warped thinking here (mostly wishful thinking) - would genuinely like to understand how anyone could be pro Russian and apparently Irish such as Kermit and Francie. It beggars belief. Would love to hear their reasoning.... Or is it simply anti west, the enemy of my enemy is my friend?!
