This dude's been just about banned from every social media site/app. Not good for him at all.
What does everyone else think of this controversial character?
The Bros coming out to defend Tate lol
Side note we don't have an article on "Freedom of Speech" in the Irish Constitution, we have Freedom of Expression, at least know the name of the article (40.6.1.i) before telling someone d0 yOuR oWn research.
"in a now deleted YouTube video, Tate claimed that “about 40 per cent” of the reason he moved to Romania is that he believed police in Eastern Europe would be less likely to pursue rape allegations."
What context would make the tweet to that father of an ill child look more understandable?
Weird to defend him.
Ok. Now show me where he said it.
You're telling me the journalist decided to put "about 40 percent" in quotation marks (a far less interesting quote), but thought that him saying he was migrating to avoid rape allegations was not worthy of being quoted? Use your common sense. To believe journalists have journalistic integrity in 2022 is insane.
I think whats more likely is that 40% of the reason AT moved to Romania was after the British police had assumed he was guilty when they took him in for questioning, despite all eye-witnesses corroborating his account, and went out of their way to disrupt his business. Again, he wasn't prosecuted and has been back in the UK since those allegations were made.
What does this have to do with Ireland?...
Imagine taking an obvious joke literally.
Yeah, completely agree.
Men are looking for role models, because our own fathers didn't see that they were sleepwalking into a society that held them (and their sons) in contempt. Some choose to look to an outspoken, unapologetic, critical, self-made, confident, dare-I-even-say 'brave' man.
I dont think AT is the second coming of Christ, but I shudder to think what you believe a male role-model should be. Harry Styles?
Out of interest, do you know whether they had any contact before those tweets?
Any man (any) who criticises Tate is cowardly/woke (couldn't be anything else) and an ideal male role model besides him could only be Harry Styles. No other options at all.
Evidence of Tate's behaviour is posted, but nope, still defended - just because he's bad-ass and edgy (this is how 13-year-olds think). He and his brother scammed countless men - but defend him? View him as a good role model for lads?
Lads, ye are the indoctrinated ones. And I'd have thought Undividual would be angry about him not having children.
Hahaha I do think he should have children! Might make him mature a bit!
I don't think it's cowardly or woke to criticise Tate. I just think it should be done based on the facts, not on misrepresentations of what he has said and who he is. If people want to criticise what he has actually said, fine. I dont agree with everything he says, and I think his hyperbole works against him at times. It bugs me that people trust articles quoting youtube videos that have "since been removed". So an unverifiable source? And I'm guessing it wasn't AT who removed the video, but the journalist wont tell you that, he'll let your imagination fill in the blanks.
I've seen too much ideological nonsense about men from the media in the past decade to take what they say at face value.
His form of masculinity is in demand for a reason, and rather than try deal with that reason, gatekeepers try to paint him as the devil. Where have we seen that before?
You're the one that brought up American terms
I actually didn't introduce free speech into the conversation. I just dealt with the point raised by another poster by pointing out that Free Speech doesn't mean you can speak without consequence, specifically relating to 'slander' laws.
Maybe you should... d0 yOuR oWn ReSeArCh?
You sure did tell me, pure alpha bro. Stating a fact isn't slander, he is currently being investigated, wheater you believe it to be made up or a fake tip-off doesn't make it slander.
First things first, Starfire20 brought up free speech, so check your facts.
Secondly, CGI_Whatever_Whatever said that he is a sex trafficker even though he hasn't been convicted of anything... ever. That is slanderous.
Prove me wrong... bro.
why are you fangirling so hard for some jumped up MLM guy - its bizarre.
I dont know what MLM means. I've already explained why I posted. Anything else?
Probably because he can live vicariously through his hero; dreaming about abusing women and acting like a scumbag with impunity.
Multi Level Marketing - should look it up, might enlighten you, Tate there girlbossed a bit too hard.
I guess I've just been 'owned'. Looks like another sleepless night ahead of me...
Sometimes I wonder about what sad lives trolls must have, how their best way to get attention is by being provocative and argumentative. I think if you've accomplished anything in life, you'd have too much self-respect to do it.
It usually takes me a while to spot them, as I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Regardless, I'd say their day-to-day lives are pretty grim. I guess if I had no sense of purpose and no one listened to me in the real world, I might resort to it.
So much for only attacking the ideas and not the man, eh, mate? Or does that only apply to pimps and sex traffickers?
But you're also argumentative and provocative. I just don't get your reasoning that Tate is popular so he must be good. Think of other cases of that. I don't see what's flimsy about the evidence given either, and kinda think it would be deemed sufficient in other cases. It hasn't been proven that he was trafficking - I don't agree with that being brought up - but the rest that's purported to be straight from the horse's mouth? If not, why doesn't he sue? I think he's spreading dangerous rhetoric against women that boys will internalise. This isn't a fun idea for me as a woman.
Is it a reaction to how men and boys can be demonised? I think it absolutely is, but it's not a constructive one. It only has the potential to do more damage.
That's a bit slanderous.
Who (if anybody) is your money on so?
https://www.tubefilter.com/2022/11/02/logan-paul-plans-to-fight-andrew-tate-this-is-going-to-happen/
he is converted to Islam apparently
He's never struck me as genuine. The look in his eyes and his way of speaking seem totally artificial like a bad actor plus he comes out with things that are so deliberately stupid that it can't be real.
Now he is a Muslm because according to him Christianity isn't a "real" religion. Uh huh.
Yeah I'm not saying he needs to be censored, I just find him unconvincing personally
As a right-wing person myself, I sometimes think that some right-wing people in the media are put out there as "tailor made" propaganda to entertain or influence people for personal profit. Tate is cartoonish and quite silly.
I love Andrew Tate , incredibly articulate and sharp guy and effortlessly charismatic
Would imagine his conversion to Islam will lose him a few “fans” on here.
Know little about him but did watch an interview with him and Pierce Morgan where I felt he kept his cool really well while Morgan kept on interupting and wouldn't let him speak. He didn't take the bait.
Sounds like he had a strange childhood based on his views/opinions, but highly intelligent in ways and pig ignorant in others.
Divisive character. Talented kickboxer too back in the day.
How significant is a world title in kickboxing?, I know zero about the sport , in the happeny place compared to UFC I presume ?
