Alas for Russian state Dogma Telly Evangelists there is about as much chance of Zelensky and Putin getting married as there is of Russia attacking NATO Germany.

I have spent an entire lifetime having an interest in current affairs: Vietnam war, cold war, yet another desperate family mown down by machine gun while attempting to flee from East Berlin to the west, Pol Pot slaughtering millions, the PLO blowing up planes and assaulting olympic athletes, the Israelis doing worse and using cluster bombs and phosphorus munitions and invading Lebanon, Iran/Iraq war, The war on drugs, The evils of Pinochet, the horrendous tortures and disappearances in Argentina, The reprehensible actions of the US, from their southern border all the way down to where the land stops and the southern ocean begins, The Invasion of Kuwait, Gulf Wars I and II.
Having a healthy and strong interest in current affairs, particularly conflicts, is healthy, because they shape history and humanity and the world I have lived in. Your advocacy of ignorance, disinterest and the inhumanity of indifference disgusts me. Putin and other scum like him can get away with their evil deeds, largely in part due to wholesale indifference and ignorance you would pass off as virtue.
Do those style of Russian tv shows get much of an audience in Russia ? And do those who do watch them treat them as comedy or seriously ?

But, I'd say they'd get a decent amount of viewership.

Solovyov appears to have gone stark raving mad in recent weeks. He's been calling for all sorts of crazy stuff - to flatten Kharkiv and Odesa, Russia to invade Poland and the Baltics, the regime to bomb targets in the West etc.
Zero risk of it happening, and good for ratings with a Trump like appeal to his audience, which he knows well.
There was interesting news this week that audiences for Channel One and Russia-1 have fallen by about 25% since the invasion started. I guess the public can take only so much of headbangers droning on for hours and hours about the 'special operation'.

Give Ukraine every advantage possible. Weapons that can reach Moscow and let them target Red Square if they want. Full on sanctions against Putin not the half arsed stuff we have now. Sanction the living sh it out of any company or organisation that even considers dealing with Russia in any way, shape or form.
Most importantly for now though is a full on assault by NATO forces on Russian military units holding the continent to ransom at the nuclear power plants. It's like we are just waiting for the inevitable disaster to happen instead of at the very least dealing with it now. Putin is laughing at the west at present and it's time to wipe the smile off his little fat botox filled face. Also Lavrov to be strapped to a B52 bomb and dropped from 38,000ft into the ocean would be nice.
I suspect it's more an advocacy of edginess.

In those households lucky enough to have a son who managed to nick a flat panel TV in Ukraine and post it back without Russia post breaking it, yes.
If you care to go back and read the first few hundred pages of this thread from where Ukraine was invaded, you would conclude I had a very unhealthy interest.
