I have always found the details of Teslas Bank account under the "Payments" section once you log into your account and Reservation Number.
I just see this under payments with no further info

Pay the final balance with an ACH transfer prior to delivery.
In an email from Tesla, they told me that final payment must be cleared 10 days prior to collection at the very latest.
I see exactly the same as @ELM327 - as soon as they request payment and formally provide the bank details, I'll send payment without delay.
After your final payment how long till your RN number changes to a VIN ?
I have vin, but my rn number still shows and I settled final deposit on Monday
Yes this is my intention too, waiting for the email.
There is something up with their site at present I could definitely see their bank account details etc as I verified them against the email they sent me, but they are nowhere to be seen at present
Vin and Registration details normally provided about a week before delivery (and i imagine these would only be provided following payment in full, which seems reasonable. In March I got both of these 7 days ahead of collection. In relation to my September delivery I have paid in full, have a confirmed delivery appointment but have yet to be advised (formally) of VIN and registration so it appears to follow the earlier pattern,
Bank details are on the invoices for service or warranty work too. Obviously you’d replace the invoice number with your RN Number.
Nooooo! I've made my final payment 2 weeks ago and they acknowledged it earlier this week via text ( took them long enough)... and I just got an email tonight saying my 30 day trade-in offer has expired & I checked my account online and it asked for me to put in odometer reading again. 😫😫😫
Ugh, time to ring Tesla tomorrow morning! 😩

This is normal for trade ins quotes have a limited time line and need to be refreshed...some go up and some down.hopefully you will not be disappointed 🤞
It's just everything was all done (in my head).. so annoying as pickup is Sep 9th and I thought we had a done deal as I agreed on the offer and we paid up fully for it.. It's going to go down as it's a honda civic banger (2009)... just wanted to rant as well as letting ppl know that it's not over yet, even though everything is agreed on both sides and I've paid it in full (and in cash).
My account was all ready for pickup with nothing else to do until now.. 🤬
Just wanted a rant before I call them up tomorrow.. and having the thought of waiting over a week for someone to tell me my car value went down again... prob say it's 10 days offer 😆 and on the 9th they expire the offer as i go in to collect the tesla and they won't take my trade-in until I given them another reading or something.. ugh.. just being cynical at this stage and annoyed.
BTW, this is the 2nd time it expired. C'est la vie.

Anyone else have a reeeeally late collection date? Mines 27th of Sept for my Model Y.
They say cleared for 10 days but in practice once its in a couple of days beforehand it's usually fine.
I contacted the advisor I was dealing with by email and asked for payment details. I am using some credit from my trade in and paying a further down payment to have PCP on the rest of the car.
Mine is the 20th. Was the 17th originally, but since thats a Saturday, i was not having the kids getting their grubby little hands all over it for the first few hours, so changed to the 20th. Kids in school, wife taking the day off work, going to go in, check it all over, sign the documents and drive nice and leisurely home.
Would be interested to hear from folks that are picking theirs up sooner, what state of charge the battery is in.
+1 on charge state.. I will have to take it to a supercharger I suppose? I've to make the trip back to Wexford so don't want to be caught short if the battery is low or readings are not calibrated.
For Wexford you can stop at Sandyford Supercharger on the way now which is handy.
Well, 3 hours+ (2h+ this morning and rest just now) on hold to Tesla and no-one picking up. Emailed my Tesla SA as well while I was waiting.
They use to pick up the phone within 2 rings.
Anyone else have the same thing that Tesla are not picking up the phone calls?
Can you not just put the odometer reading in online?
I can... and lose another few hundred euro which i'm trying to avoid, and I want to see if Tesla SA and help me out if possible.
It's only 2 weeks to collection, it's like i'm held to ransom. It will take up to a week to find out if I lost more money on trade-in because a third party evaluates the trade-in, and probably end up owing tesla more money even though I paid in full 2 weeks ago (which they only acknowledged early this week).
BTW, my other half came up and told me it could be that folks are off for the long bank holiday weekend and not answering phones. Well, that was 4h+ not well spent today.
I'm not as lucky as other ppl who are trading in and making a mint from it as mine is an 2009 ICE car. But every little counts to offset the cost of the car. Just generally sucks being so close to delivery day, and feeling i'm being ripped off slowly as it gets closer to that date.

When you got the original trade in, the T&C’s stated that it would be revalued.

Hi all, wondering if anyone can tell me how much the Premium Connectivity cost after the free trial ?
Also, what’s people’s thoughts on the possibility of the base model 3 (i.e. ~€53k) price being increased by end of year? I’m thinking of buying one for a year and evaluating the likelihood of it losing little or no value if the new price was to increase .. ?
