Always try radar sports on foxes Bowe think they stock Merrell
What gobshite thought it would be a good idea to put huge posters on all the roundabouts in Raheen and Dooradoyle blocking your view completely.
A complete an utter spanner if ever there was one.
By all means congratulate the hurlers but do it safely.
</rant over>
Try slowing and proceeding with caution.
I haven't noticed any issue with the signs or roundabouts and I live in the area. What speed are you driving at?
ladies/gents spotted a sign as i came onto the motorway at finnegans today , i was erm.... well lets just say i missed some of it...

Edit :
Aww Folks Cllrs def must have been paid off to say that oconnell is a Great job.Walking foothpaths are all uneven,Tarmacadam patches everywhere Not one litter bin in sight. Supposed to be finished by September.September 2023 ya it might be.Def cowboy Job.
It's not finished though and that's the point. I'de agree with any councillors who says it's great. Looks way better than the ugly disgrace of a main street we used to have.
I know this has been mentioned previously, but is that white stone not going to show every speck and mark of spilt coffee, chewing gum etc and general street wear very badly? It will need deep cleaning regularly, which MAY NOT* happen, based on experience. Also, forgive my stupidity, but why not plant the planned trees during the construction phase ( seasonality allowing) rather than digging up again to plant ?
*( ie will not happen, because, city cleaning standards)
Firstly I don't think the stone stays white. The open bits are already turning grey but who knows. I wouldn't be worried about the spilt coffee though. It's the cars will have the place absolutely filthy.
As for the trees I assume you as often happens you don't have different teams on site at the same time getting in each other's way. Or sometimes both teams are not available at the same time due to other jobs.
It has been along time. Was it Jackman Park you could see on the train from Colbert Station?
Any photos about?
Thanks
It still is. Treaty Women's moved there from the Markets Field last year.
Thanks.
Limerick absolutely killed it last night in the bar of the year awards last night with Dolans, Mother Macs, House, 101, the Locke, Woodlands Adare, and Adare Manor all picking up awards.
Have to say Mother Mac's getting awards for "traditional bar" and "craft bar" is a real rare feat.
I love craft beer but they are usually in those functional looking American influenced spots like Crew or the boring more English looking ones like Galway Brewery do. Normally have to choose between good pub and good beer.
Great bar alright. Happy to see it recognised. It's great to have a place that has lovely Guinness on top of a large craft beer selection.
Where would be a good place to get a suit jacket & waistcoat buttons fixed ? Most of the old places i think off have closed down.
Zipyard on Thomas Street and there's also a place on the corner of Thomas Street and Wickham Street.
thanks 😎
Stitch In Time in the Roxboro shopping centre also.
Cosgrove filling station tried to stop alcohol sell before 10 pm
So much for finshed by end of Sept 2022.All the bandwagon Cllrs gone quite now.

They were at it on Wednesday night too. And not just that bridge but the one by Ballysimon roundabout too. I came across it on Wednesday but luckily for me it was just after they had ran off. My parents were walking there last night and saw it.
Folks anyone know where i can get of of these type of shirts the ones with the epaulettes on the shoulders. any local shops without ordering them online
Try Fennessy's on William St - not sure about ordering online even if they have them.
Not sure where in town would do them, maybe try the army surplus stores? If not you'll definitely get them on amazon.
I see corruption is still alive and well in Limerick city council reading g stories in Limerick leader.
& also I wonder which they are talking here 🤔🤔Same double standard cllrs

"COUNCILLORS had to be reminded this week that they are not the experts when it comes to traffic schemes and cycle lanes.
At this Monday’s Metropolitan District meeting, local representatives came alive during a discussion on proposed Part 8 plans for the R510 Quinn’s Cross to Raheen Roundabout Improvement Scheme and the Fr Russell Road Cycle Lane Scheme."
Got to be impressed with the staff working in A&E ward at UHL. I was there from Sunday till this evening.
The staff in UHL are absolutely fantastic for the most part. It’s the system and the conditions that the staff are forced to work in that’s the problem.
Tried to put up a video. File size too large.
