For anyone making deposit payments, I recommend using Revolut if you have it. Payment to Tesla is received within seconds. I’ve sent the best part of 12k in 5k+ instalments, so the figure doesn’t matter. Bank of Ireland were limiting what I could send over the app.

i ordered last Thursday 18th and collecting on 8th September. Got finance sorted directly with Finance Ireland this morning - was quicker than Tesla and AIB to get their finger out.
I do feel quite lucky that it only took 3 weeks for me to order and potentially pick it up.
But as it was inventory i guess that is someone who cancelled their order. Tesla are putting these cars for sale on inventory as they can get a better price than matching them to pre-existing orders. Makes business sense for them to do that.
How are you making payments, I dont have the info in the app or on my online account yet?

They emailed me direct with the bank details. i had the bank details before i even had a delivery date.
Got my Tesla charger installed today and looks great, tidy install. All in was 1150, so 650 net of grant. All set to go now.
how long does it take to get delivery of the charger (500 euros for the Gen 3 wall connector from Tesla I assume)?
650 for an install seems excessive - did it take a day to install? The grant is 600 hundred so I assume 550 net of grant?
Took a few days only. 1150 was the cheapest quote I got all together, including many brands of charger.
As said above. Tesla contact emailed bank details. Just use your reference number when sending money

All adds up. Sounds reasonable cost
Delivery of Gen 3 is about 1 week.

Hi All,
Hoping to have finance in a couple of days, and then schedule pickup date. However I see that the pickup location is Baldonnell and not Sandyford. I'll be coming up from Waterford and had planned on getting the Luas out to Sandyford.
Does anyone know the best way to get to the Baldonnell pickup location? It looks like maybe I can get a bus to the Red Cow P&R and then call a taxi from there, but if there's any better way, do please let me know.
Congratulations...there re many who wait 6 - 9 months and ...yes...monitoring inventory can throw up a few opportunities for the lucky few. Enjoy your car ...and the countdown...you wont be dissapointed
A charger is a charger but I agree it looks great ....same way that apple watch tells the time like any other watch...yet we all want one.
I could be wrong but from the options I’ve seen it’s the cheapest and should work well within the app.
Get as far as you can and then just take a taxi. I plan to do the same as I work in the area. I’ll leave the other car at home and make my way from there in that day.
thank you - it really was a case of fastest finger fist for the base white model 3 last week. kept showing up and disappearing. i was skeptical until i actually got a delivery date assigned a day later!
all in 3 weeks from paying the 250 deposit to taking delivery!
Got a text from Tesla last night confirming the final Payment, which hit the account on the website 2 days after i got my delivery date.
"TESLA - Thank you for the final payment. Once the car is registered we will send you the details."
Hoping this is a sign that the car is in the country.
For those that live in/near Dublin, do ye want to take turns in Staking out the collection spot, and report any movements? :D
Time has slowed down and i dont think September will ever come.
Hopefully they don't register the car till September. id rather not have to pay tax for the month of august when i cant drive it. even if its only €10
I've still only paid the €250 booking deposit. I've been approved for the PCP finance, but Tesla have not requested any additional payments yet. Anybody else in same position ?
Same nothing requested, I did test the iban provided by sending a few quid over to make sure all is working when they do request payment, my collection date is 17-09
Did they send you the IBAN or where did you get it? As i understand it, Finance Ireland will only invoice Tesla once the PCP deposit has been paid. I'm scheduled for collection on 13/9 #teamblue
Same here, no further movement. I dont even see an IBAN online
Got approved for finance eventually . Sent over my final payments yesterday which have appeared in my Tesla account . I haven’t got a text to confirm payment recieved .
Cannot wait to collect pick update is 16/9/22 at 1230 cannot come quick enough
Got this in an email from them, also was available in my account but damned if I can find it now, make sure to use your rn number as the reference, txr a small amount to see it show up on your account, I know anyone using Revolut seems to see it instantly
Guys, I am the same date as you 17th Sept and I had the request via text message a few weeks ago and I have fully paid the balance.
All the 60,000+61,000 Model 3s in inventory are gone today. Was loads of them this morning.
Tesla don't send a text as a matter of routine. if it is appearing in your account that should suffice
If you have the funds and a delivery date why not just pay whats due?
Oh they will reach out to you alright. My final balance online wasn’t right. And I got a email that I had a .82 cents outstanding.
Wallbox plus is cheaper or same price with better features.
