I don't see the car bomb bring the Ukrainians. It would make no sense to go all the way to Moscow and blow up some weirdo with no value, plenty of better targets in that area.
Could it be start of some justification for mobilization of some sort? Backend work from some sector of government looking to influence policy maybe. If this guy has Putins ear, could his hawkish attitude turn even more vicious and look for heavy retribution.

The Moscow car bomb that killed the daughter of "Putin's Brain" Alexander Dugin is certainly a strange mystery.
Could it have been carried out by western or Ukrainian intelligence operatives? Or an underground anti Putin movement within Russia itself?
Maybe Putin ordered the attack to take place, & he has now turned against his advisors & blamed them for the shitshow following the special operation.
I could think about this all week & not come up with an answer, unless other evidence comes into view!
