What the NYT Editorial Board said in 2018 when Trump said he'd continue the US/Saudi partnership:
What the NYT Editorial Board said today when Biden visited Saudi despots to continue the US/Saudi partnership
Here is Biden in what he would do to Saudi during debate when campaigning for president.
Trump spent years trying to sabotage Nord Stream 2, and screaming at Germany/EU for buying so much Russian oil and gas. He also flooded Ukraine with lethal arms. That should have immediately destroyed the conspiracy theory that he was controlled by Putin. Listen for yourself:
Remember when he was roundly mocked and laughed at for this:
……never mind
Nothing like a bit of "look over there" by Trumpists when their lord and savior is in yet more trouble.
You said that Manafort was convicted of crimes that relate to working with the Russian government. I actually don’t know what those specific crimes or charges were, can you tell me what he was prosecuted for?
You can almost hear the bell ringing all right.
I thought we were all about police and law enforcement revealing their names and being accountable to the public? Why should their names be kept secret? If a member of AGS searched your home and you asked for their name should it be kept secret else you post on social media?
If found to be true, just more evidence that he, his team and anyone supporting him or trying any whataboutery are just scum
Right on queue
Can you link to any of my posts where I said anything you claim in yours
It should when a Judge has explicitly redacted it from the Warrant . I'm guessing they may be in some legal troubles as a result.
It also should be held back when the day before some nutter shot up an FBI office because of this very issue.
Seriously, this really isn't a difficult concept here.
This should be the straw that breaks the orange camels back.
In possession of several classified documents, 4 marked top secret and above. Documents that can carry a sentence of 10 years each.
If he does indeed have these, he could, and should be arrested in fairly short order.
I’ve just read the warrant and the judge gave them until 19 Aug to execute. Not only that, the warrant was issued on the 8th August which means they waited 3 days before they carried out the raid.
So much for top secret nuclear codes. Me thinks people are watching too many James Bond films.
The warrant is here https://www.scribd.com/document/586759843/Search-Warrant-Mar-a-Lago#from_embed
Do you even know the names of the agents who were included on the warrant? Where has a judge ordered that the names be redacted? I thought everyone wanted the warrant unsealed???
Hello! It’s in my previous post where you said…
“So he and his team released the warrant with the FBI agents names included to Breitbart, who published it in full along with the names of the agents.”
They had the warrant for 3 days before they carried out the raid, why didn’t they do it on the same day if it was such a threat to national security?
What you’re advocating is because some guy on bath salts in Harris County allegedly attacked an FBI agent based on what happened on Mar-A-Lago (how convenient) that law enforcement should no longer be accountable to the public and their names be kept secret.
My post is very clear where does it say that I agree with the agents names being printed, or as you claimed
"I thought we were all about police and law enforcement revealing their names"
All of this is technically irrelevant anyway because Trump–who as president has original and absolute declassification authority–said he declassified all of these documents.
He posted what he was going to do on Truth social because they executed the warrant, and called for all members of the platform to kill any FBI members on sight.
Nope wrong again.
Who are “they”?
Yet you haven’t posted a link or a screenshot.
Just reading posts on some of the hacking forums.
While a good few of the members would not be fans of the FBI, the overall consensus is that no one should have to be threatened because of trump.
While the FBI have an excellent cyber division, they (quite rightly) have to follow due process in dealing with those making threats online, engaging in support or whataboutery of them, they as private citizens don't have that restriction.
So you understand who they are.
As for the screen shot, penty of them online, both mainstream, on your favourite CT sites, and others Tooka
Yeah no one on hear is dumb enough to take Trump's word that these were all declassified. The spinning on this is entertaining though.
Why would you believe something Donald Trump says?
Warrants have a use-by lapsing date written on them when issued by a judge to stop police misuse. The judge doesn't instruct the police on how/when to serve the warrants within that lifetime - separation of powers.
Possibly, as has been mentioned on US national media, they waited until Trump was not at home so they could avoid the visit and the serving of the warrant giving Trump the opportunity to call in the media and make a scene for his supporters. It's noticeable that there were no media present to record and televise-live the FBI visit to Trump's home, not even a hint of "Perp Parading" as sometimes happens in the US when the police interact with high profile suspects. Apparently it was Trump himself late in the day who publicized the visit, not even a hint of "oh the shame, you brought the FBI to the door again". It wouldn't do for Trump to be seen undeniably getting physical again with the Feds, especially at his age and health, would it?
Some years back, when Trump decided to move his family residence from NYC to Florida, there was a lot of interest in how the other residents at the Mar-A-Lago estate would take his moving there as there were clauses in the estate tenancy agreements which blocked unwelcome outsiders activities there to avoid disturbing them. It's a wonder that the other residents haven't start kicking up hell now, talking with lawyers, over the fact that he has regular FBI visits to the Trump residence pursuing him about illegal possession of govt documents headline stamped/printed Classified/Top Secret, disturbing the peace of the neighbours.
I must proof read my posts more. I've had to correct bad grammar twice on this post.
If the FBI had looked for the warrant and were able to effect it immediately, it would be put out by Trump and his supporters that there was a presumption that the warrant would be granted - in effect a rubber stamp job.
Having been granted the warrant, it would be normal to take a few days to put a team together, brief them as to what exactly they are looking for, and them put the mission in action.
How else could it be done?
I think the espionage act bit is a high level transgression. I note the warrant refers to the FPOTUS - Former POTUS.
He can’t just say it. If you go to the fbi vault on their website which shows files on famous figures from the past which would’ve been classified/confidential you'll see that crossed out and it’ll say unclassified and the date. Unless that’s on it I don’t think the latest claim will hold up.
And the national archives have pushed back on statements trump made about Obama and 30 million documents going to Chicago. What trump and his allies failed to mention was those were unclassified and weren’t sitting in a storage room next to a pool, but in a facility that has the required ability to hold such documents.
