The tweet is a random nobody with nothing to say on Twitter. How did you stumble across this random account and then decide "is now exploding all over Twitter"?
What about the facts in the tweet, do you think they are wrong?
I found the tweet because it is mentioned in a reply from a tweet from someone that I follow.

As is the two plus years of COVID and the necessary cancellation of hundreds of thousands of procedures a fact unless you're pinning it on the government. I'm not defending it by any means and would like to see it addressed but nobody has ever been able to crack it and the stats are invariably used as an excuse for cheap outrage or just point scoring. It's not a government/party issue BTW it's a HSE one.

I believe there is a month of stuff going on so would you like to add some meat to the pretence claim thing? Collins too is being commemorated. Doing some digging it seems that both are commemorated every year so not seeing any fuss.
