:-)
That's quite the collection alright!!
But they get serious points from me for having the sofa facing the picture window and the view - the amount of houses I've seen over the years with fabulous vistas, and the couch or armchair facing into the room, is astounding.
10.5 milion?! π
Proof-reader needs replacing!
i think they added an extra 0 by mistake.
I was so distracted by the pictures I'd not noticed that. Can't beat a lovely view.
That's just how much it'll cost to modernise it.

It's a lovely house despite the typo. It would be lovely to have the money to buy and renovate it without destroying the original features.
BER F?
I couldn't help hearing this in my head when I was looking at the house.

At least it is real. I once looked at building Dublin Corpo were selling. They had given it a rating in the 'C's. It had no insulation and half of the original steel single glazed windows were missing, covered with those brown steel shutters then used to keep people out.
Now THIS is a McMansion.
Ticks all the boxes. Home bar, indoor AND outdoor hot tubs, tennis court, walk-in wardrobe, cream kitchen with island, silly stairs, others too numerous to mention. Not a bad BER, but stoves in stalled to reduce heating costs.
The pointless wall at the side with the mock turrets! Awful decorating choices too.
The garden is gorgeous though with all the mature trees.
these expensive houses with non integrated dishwashers, jaysus
Cheesy but all you need.... π
Still nope.
The washing machine and dryer, and the presses above them, would have my head wrecked.
Much more.
Picture no. 9
The cabinets under the sink.
Can you guess which one houses the bin?
π€’
The one with the mank along the bottom edge! Though its under the sink so there wouldn't be much room for recycling. I have a dislike of those bins in presses, even though they are not very elegant looking my bins stand in the kitchen in a spare bit of space in a corner. Its a bit irrational not liking the press ones but they always give me the sense that they are less than hygienic somehow.
Bins odours contained in a press, plus any mishaps missing the bin must stink, especially in hot weather.
That semicircle of floor to ceiling windows would be perfect for holding cult members in robes during satanic rituals.
Long Black curtains, one candle per cult member and bang, you'll be drawing pentagrams in no time.
Unique selling point
And yet they don't mention it anywhere in the description or features!
It is the first thing mentioned in the Overview section.
I actually like this but the acres of shiny floor and the stairs would do my head in, it's very good value for that money in the same area you would only get 3, 3 or 4-bed semis.
Ah yes, I managed to miss that!
I'd be perfectly happy in the coach house.
The listing seems to be removed now. Rental on Sherrard Street, Dublin 1.

The former Debenhams units in Dublin and Cork are on the market part of me would like to buy one just to walk around in.
Is that one of those tell me you're rich without telling me you're rich.
"I bought a old Debenhams just to walk around in".
The Debenhams in Galway was already sold and reopened as Sports Direct/ Brand Max
