So just got my revised trade in valuation.
€4k less than the original offer....
€6k less than what main dealer was offering me...
Looks like I'll be without a car for while!

I had a similar experience. I think they probably intentionally provide a low-ball valuation as they don't really want to have to deal with non-Tesla trade ins.

Ah, so there is. I was looking at the Y. I find I'm getting 220-240km out of the X with the 22' wheels and it's not really enough, so I'm considering my options.
There's only 2 Y and out of them I'd only have the blue with uberturbines. But I'm not buying a new Tesla unless it's MSM!
The same spec car I ordered, down to the colour seems to be in inventory now? How's that work now?

I ordered a LR in February after getting a great price for my Model S. Then a M3P popped up in inventory so I grabbed that instead.
I just cancelled my feb order on Friday and that’s in inventory now for €70k. I had it ordered for €67k.
I offered out to anyone that wanted it for the ordered price, cheaper than ordering now but no takers understandably.
I might call em up, see if these ones in inventory have a set delivery timeframe
If you seen one in inventory that matches what you ordered or that you are happy with you can ask them to transfer your deposit to that car.
Already did that and ones in inventory are arriving Sept ..not available any sooner than my scheduled date
Ah thanks yeah i've a September date so id be waiting on hold that long to find out.
Just got my updated trade in offer- exact same as last one. Am a bit surprised tbh after what I’ve been reading on here about offers dropping.
still will explore with BMW and see can they can do any better.

My trade in increased 3 times before I have it to Tesla. From 49k to 52ish to 57,600.
Spoke with them yesterday. Im originally meant to receive a Model Y between Nov and Jan but im on the list if something pops up in Sept. They said if it doesnt come in Sept it will prob be Feb or March in '23.
There are Ys in inventory now, see if they meet the needs and you can transfer the deposit over to one if you wanted.
