Amnesty report is a joke. Reminds me of the Israelis excuses for blowing Gaza civilians in to pieces and on that note they’re bombing kids to death again today.
Some military analysts have pointed out it is virtually impossible to fight urban warfare without military vehicles being positioned near civilian buildings and residences. The whole city becomes an active warzone if it is under siege. Given that they are trying to defend their own cities and civilians from outside attack, criticising them for putting civilians at risk is beyond preposterous.
Guess they think that the moment Russia invaded all the Ukrainian forces should have walked out and then defended the country from some neutral desert or something and just let Russia get on with whatever.
If Russia are attacking civilian areas then where on earth are Ukraine meant to be defending those civilian areas from?

There's not even the slightest evidence that Ukraine has put civilians 'in harm's way'. Many of the atrocities have involved missile attacks on civilian targets such as hospitals, theatres and shopping malls. Amnesty appear to be claiming that if there is military activity near a working hospital, then the Russians are justified in bombing that hospital.
It is what it is so you'll have to make up your own mind about how likely it is to be from Ukraine.
... And if Russia attack some civilian target then Ukraine had best stay away or they would "force" Russia to attack again. Amnestys position seems to be that nobody is allowed to defend themselves.

I am starting to suspect that many NGOs like Amnesty have usefully you know what's planted their by foreign agents. Some green campaigners have already been found out to receiving cash from Russia. Separately China till recent have been the biggest contributions to the WHO. Just saying we need to be mindfull when we hear some NGO shouting in the future. The world is a strange place and getting stranger.

Yea, like you said, Amnesty International were thrown out of Russia. I sincerely doubt they have been "infiltrated" by Russia. I think it's more a case that they are populated by the likes of Sabrina Higgins. People who are genuinely anti-war, but don't seem to realise that any ambiguity they make in their statements will be latched on by Russia in their propaganda war.
The Russians probably have charity workers in ukraine planted and directing artillery. Yanks are definitely feeding ukraine any mobile interceptions that look fishy.

Ukraine and Russia both blaming each other on the shelling of the worlds largest nuclear plant yesterday. I tend to believe both sides are using propaganda especially Russia on a massive scale but i'd like to know why Russia would shell a nuclear plant that they themselves control at present?
