Aw, shucks sarge...
That's an idiotic statement.
Greenpilot has contributed more to this thread than many folks here, and certainly yourself.
I don't post on this thread, merely observe, but I am aware of his credentials. He's a credible commentator who has extensive experience in Syria and Jordan, the latter during the Arab Spring and subsequent Russian occupation. ( all of which is common knowledge here)
Hiding behind a private profile, while dishing out insults speaks volumes.
I'm sure you can make a point without resorting to the insults of a teenager.
I don't know imagine kim jong un but with actual rockets and warheads and a real economy(potentially). Or like a total collapse of society and a new bolshevik revolution and a red wave across europe, now with nuclear warheads. Things can always get worse.
Right enough now that you mention it. Still impressive whatever it was, lol.
True enough, copying the russian army tactic at Chornobaivka, repeat ad nauseam whether it works or not
Impressive if it was her but it is not. She flew during the night
The same thing as ever. Give them some credit. They were never afraid to let facts get in the way. 😀
They can't really be any worse now can they?
Nice PR stunt
However Pelosi flew in during the night
I have to say I always thought Russia would eventually just wear them down by the usual route of pur attrition. Russias power is basically that they can inflict any amount of damage to their own citizens and stay in control. And the West weakness is our strength, that we have individual liberty and people will not suffer for long. But it seems that they have managed to cause so many headaches for Russia that the west might actually wear them down. Inevitably it will be a stalemate in Ukraine but Russia are looking at a dark decade. The danger is you ostracize them to such a degree that the end up with even worse belligerent leadership.
Head off to the "Ukrainian Refugees" thread to regurgitate more nonsense I daresay.
Oh dear, what will the "sanctions aren't working" crowd say now 🤔
CNBC have it plain and simple. The Russian economy is up the spout and no amount of denial or muppetery/ rhetoric can divert away from that.
That looks like it's from a train derailment that happened near the Chita 2 station of the Trans-Baikal railway in September 2017.
TypxaNews used the same footage on April 25th.They claimed it was a Russian train that was sabotaged by Ukrainian partisans near Bryansk.
yes it is impressive. But, I welcome her visit. China can PFO (without the P).
Ukraine is a highly corrupt country and comparisons with London are utterly wide of the mark. Zelensky got elected on an anti corruption platform as it's a problem on every level of society, and by all accounts the population were not impressed with the job he was doing to change things.
However all that is utterly irrelevant to the current conflict, those are issues Ukraine can work on if/when this conflict ends. And I suspect they will do serious work on it. If there was ever any doubt before about whether to orient towards the EU or towards Russia (an even more corrupt country) it's gone now.
Missile attack in Chervonohrad district of Lviv region
first time in a while
I don't agree with her visit but this is an impressive entrance
Ukraine is pretty corrupt. But it is also trying to improve that (and moving away from Russia's influence is a huge part of that) and as you say, its also a complete sideshow to the invasion. They have corruption problems so its ok for Russia to level their cities and murder their citizens? The have corruption problems so should give up all ideas of statehood and be subservient to the dictatorship next door? Its just idiotic.

Russia accidentally blows up its own supply train – Russian invasion of Ukraine / The New Voice of Ukraine
Personally I think Ukrainian corruptions are a side issue, inflated to bolster people's agenda. All countries are corrupt to some degree. London is/was one of the most corrupt cities in the world vis-a-vis laundering oligarchs money. Highlighting Ukrainian corruption at this point is spiteful.
A lot of the closet Putin fans / apologists who claim to be in favour of peace don't actually like Ukraine or Zelensky. They've bought into the propaganda that he really is a "Nazi", is deeply corrupt, a troublemaker etc.
If at first you succeed… try, try again 😀
Written in Putin’s post-mortem blood would also be acceptable.
Oh me too, the only negotiations with russia that should be entertained is should their surrender be in blue or black ink?
Ever see the episode of the Simpsons where Bart persists in reaching out to grab the cupcake hooked up to electricity?
I think a few of them now hang out in the “Ukrainian refugees” thread, bandying around the usual unsubstantiated nonsense, dismissing anything positive about Ukraine or it’s people, glorifying any negative about them, and in general, looking like dicks.
A 300 km radius precision strike capability would soon drive the ragtag Russian ‘army’ back to the Russian border. I’m okay with that level of embarrassment being meted out to the Russians. Then reparations and such can be discussed.
They were busy with the China gonna take over the world threads
The letter from the Aras last week notwithstanding, the calls for support for Ukraine to stop to avoid prolonging Ukraine’s defeat have become deafening by their silence.
Where have they slinked off to? I’d like them (those not banned) to give an update on their beliefs that the Ukrainian’s should just get on with being governed by war criminal, rapists, murders and plunderers… I’m sure there’s quite a few of us looking forward to their current takes on the war.
