South and Eastern parts yes are under Russian control but they stalled a few weeks ago.
Apparently extremely heavy fighting fighting there Last night but no confirmation on any reports I've seen.
Satellite photos of the POW camp strike before and after. Notice how damage of the alleged HIMARS strike was localised to only the building where the POW's were housed.
I heard Zelenskyy already asked them to.
Reuters say different
Russia is neither a state, a nation, a country or a system. It is a hijacked excuse for a mutated ideology
Moral zombies from the top down
What better result for the world, than a decimated Russian military
I've said it before, Putin should be kept in an outdoor cage in central Kyiv, and fed putrid scraps from passers by
The controversial letter from the Phoenix Park played in tune with the same Putin Bots.
Extraordinary how they can be so out of touch with public sentiment.
The question is though, what tune will we hear from Michael D later today in Mullingar?
Hmmm. If memory serves me, RTE said he asked them in.
Zelenskyy condemns prison strike as a 'war crime' amid calls for U.N. and Red Cross investigations (nbcnews.com)
The Russian economy Russian Economy Is Imploding From Sweeping Sanctions: Study (businessinsider.com)
And the Russians are lying through their teeth about the impact. Whatever is going wrong, they will never publicly admit it - they will issue total misinformation and bogus figures to throw people off the scent (hence a lot of Putin supporters on social media claiming that the sanctions are having no impact).
Sure. I guess it's a bit like: a criminal comes into your house, puts a knife to your throat and says: give me your house or I'll kill you.
A policeman turns up with a gun and says to the criminal: put down the knife and leave this house or I'll shoot you.
A total idiot will say: the two things are the same, depending on which side you're on. Everyone else with two working brain cells can see the difference. Violence, theft and oppression on one side, basic justice on the other.
Similar with Russia and Ukraine.
Some peculiarities of russian weapons...........systems?
Don't understand the hate for the presidents wife's letter. It made a lot of sense.
A bridge too far
Must be pretty galling having to spend vast amounts of money ,to blow up your own infrastructure ... Needs must ..
Ukraine are claiming they blew up a Russian military train with 40 carriages at Kherson railway station with a HIMARS strike (leaving a large number of Russian casualties as well).
Best to ignore attention seekers. At least not credit them with a response to their comment.
Yes, terrible requirement until you consider Russian occupation as the alternative.
Now what?
Shots and sirens in the region.
Can’t be real. How would Kosovo think of doing such a thing.
Not really the same thing though. You are giving an apology that suits your opinion but I understand.
Russia is desperate to see things kick off somewhere else. can't see it amounting to much. More likely hardliners pumped up to destabilise the area, but their numbers are not up to much so it will run dry. Russia's prime force is disinformation and unrest. They have been trying to start something in Kosovo/Serbia for years.
This is on a few reddit threads and there's a debate as to whether it's saber rattling, hoax or something more. Lot of misinformation out there presently.
But it makes no sense, Serbia would be crippled in a few short days. If true, Putin is looking for a distraction.
More torture and war crimes by Russian soldiers

If it is a thing. It's Putin calling on Serb forces who are friendly with Russia to extend and make a war.
I doubt the Serb president has enough control of Kosovo to request them to attack Serbia at 9pm this evening.
Russia is loosing badly if it's come to this.
Fair enough. Will probably end up being mainly stern words and fake threats for a while so.
Putin: "Shake fists and divert attention from the catastrofcuk I've made"
If Russia is loosing badly it'll be a war.
It's much more likely that Kosovo aren't doing anything and that it's Putin's mates the ultra nationalist Serbs who are stirring things. It sounds ominous though - I hope we're not heading into yet another Balkan war scenario.
It's a protest over incoming laws regarding identification papers. Being brought in by Kosovo.
It would be nothing like the 1990s. Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro have been doing very well since the breakup of Yugoslavia. Serbia has a small army and decent relationship now with most of its neighbours. Its probably just saber rattling on behalf of Putin.
