A new take on Putin’s table fetish
Lavrov: Russia is not prohibited from bombing the military infrastructure in Ukraine
I'm not sure what this 'green corridor' business is in this context. If the troops are encircled, they have three choices. Sit there, defend in place, and hope to be rescued before being destroyed or starved. Attempt to break out back to friendly forces. Or surrender. There's nothing 'inhumane' about this beyond the fact that there's a war going on.
He has also been saying he wants to see the Zelensky government toppled in Ukraine (this is actually a change from what they were saying in March)
Good idea, sorta like “Are you a terrorist” or “have you been to Syria recently” on US visa/esta applications
There are reports for Russia asking for a green corridor - which I assume means freedom to allow their troops out without being attacked. Which, as you state, seems like an odd request.
Of course maybe those requests are not real, more than anything else this is the kind of thing that is going to be hard to get good info on.
No prizes for guessing this would happen
Did they finally drop the "were you a Nazi during WWII" question which they still had on the form last time I went to the US?
Any link to those reports?
Pontoon bridge being constructed by the Russians in Kherson. They must be concerned the main bridge is in danger of destruction.
Lets not forget that no matter how things go this year Russia will still have to face the consequences of their military's dreadful lawlessness and criminal behavior.
Yep...
@NATO to send mobile anti-drone weapons to Ukraine. According to the Alliance's chief @jensstoltenberg, it will also send medicament and equipment against mines and chemical and biological weapons
Another lad who needs to be novichok'd.
How long will that last?
Ukraine's Minister of Infrastructure: The first shipment of grain will leave the port of Chornomorsk on July 27
Sure it be rude to leave it there.
Hope the crew sailing the ship are on good wages! And have proper benefits accruing to their families if they are 'accidentally' sunk.
I hope this time it goes without any Russian 'INTERFERENCE'!
Germany is being kicked about the place and its Govt still remain loyal to Putin.
They shouldn't be doing that. Rather than Nato sending weapons it should be the UK sends weapons or Germany sends weapons. Nothing should be sent from "Nato"
Sounds like Nato desperation. We already have signs of Russian desperation too.
Putin will never back down
That convoy should be escorted / defended by UN ships.
Kissinger seems to have done a U-turn Ukraine should cede no territory to Russia – Henry Kissinger (herald.ng)
The twitter piece you refer to is wrong. NATO doesn't have or send weapons; NATO member states send them. NATO may have a role in co-ordinating member states' decisions on weapons, etc, which is quite a different matter.
Interesting, he is still a piece of sh1t though with a lot of blood on his hands.
Ah, this time let them finish it and wait until its loaded with a big convoy, and then hit it. No fun in destroying an empty bridge, even if its only a pontoon bridge.
Apparently a very expensive and complicated bit of kit to maintain , and with the fire rate that it has ... A hungry beast too ... Hope they can make a difference as Ukrainian columns start advancing ...
Don't think this is a good idea. Will only further embolden putin.
Its an utterly stupid idea and thankfully anyone with the slightest bit of sense knows that.
This just popped up in my timeline:

Clare Daly named (by Ukraine) as proponent of Russian propaganda. No surprise!
