Converting eStatements to Excel

Hi! I am able to download my estatements and refer to them visually, but I am not able to convert them into excel so I can track my transactions over time. When I try to convert the PDFs to Word or Excel I get a permissions error and I am asked for a password. What would the password be for the statements and why would I need a password to use my own statements? Cheers!

Thanks for getting in touch.

As statements are an official document it is not possible to unlock them for editing. There is an option to export transactions to CSV file by selecting Filter Completed Transactions. This will go back 12 months on the account.

We have checked this for you. Apologies for any confusion, it wouldn't be possible to export Credit Card statements to CSV file, however you can print/send/save them as PDF documents.

Have tried this multiple times on PC and on mobile devices and nothing happens after I select "Filter Completed Transactions." It does say "Processing" in lower left corner of my Chrome browser, but screen doesn't change, no other window opens and no CSV file is created. Is this broken or do I need to do something differently? Thanks.

I think there can sometimes be a problem with a pop-up blocker in the browser? You might need to turn off the pop up blocker or allow pop-ups for the site.
