You don't seem to understand the difference which MM explained in the video.
If the government was getting involved in day to day operations or "veto" as was asked for then the bank would not be separate. Something the government always said it wouldn't and shouldn't do.
As MM explained, the government was asked for advice and the advice was given to AIB not to remove cash from these branch's
Even if the government didn't own a percentage of the Bank, as one of the main banks in Ireland I would have expected them to have conversations with the government about their plans. After all AIB and BOI are critical to running Ireland.
Now I can't explain it any clearer than that, I do expect you to ignore or twist the post as is the case around here but that would just be embarrassing for you to be honest

Not sure why you are struggling on this. The opposition does not have a thread. The opposition includes PBP, Social Dem, Sinn fein etc etc
The government has a thread and then Sinn fein as a party has a thread but at present we don't have a thread covering all opposition.
