Should be in prison either for that or for contempt of court
It's real full circle stuff, isn't it?
Saw this linked in a scroll through Twitter, it's like a supergroup of some repeat offenders of this thread.
So ... the long running saga of the self proclaimed legal and constitutional expert seems to have come to a head
what options are left .. barricades & squatting ?
Why not call it like it is, idiot and selfish twat strategic defaulter instead of "activist".
^^ this
He'll go back to basic Freemanery rants; they alway do. Wrong ink in the biros, judges not having their oaths, unhatted gards, Ogham stones, incorrect strings in the harps, promissory notes. You know the drill.
When exactly did that dosser actually last make a mortgage payment on that house?
February 2011.
Any other country and it would have been repossessed within about two years.
11 years, 11 years...............11 years.
Jesus, no wonder banks are leaving.
Bank of Scotland specified the difficulty and cost involved here in repossessing a house as one of the big reasons they had to leave.
Paying barristers to wander in and out of various courtrooms while the judge gives the freeloader another 6 months to decide wether they feel like paying back any of the money they were loaned. disaster.
No wonder everyone not lucky enough to have got a tracker mortgage back in the day is paying well above the odds compared to the rest of the Eurozone.
The banks aren't the enemy. Strategic defaulters are the enemy but some elements of the media and plenty of tossers online portray them as some sort of folk heroes... 🙄
I've my suspicions that there's a live one after starting a thread here in the last few days
Go on, caller
It's on the first page of Legal Discussion forum at the minute - looks like it was moved from the Banking forum

Mr Adamson, who brought 40 pieces of silver and a copy of the Irish Constitution to court, said: “As a national and a native living indigenous man, I am protected by the divine Christ of God under Irish law.”
Proof again that most of the freeman believers are just gullible chancers looking to get out of their debts - but who are also most likely to be targeted by fraudsters themselves
why 40 pieces of silver? 30 I could understand.
Report on same case in Wexford People
These crazy people have mortgages, they went through the borrowing process.
Were lending standards that low during 2002-2008?
Funny how he couldn't pay his mortgage since 2011 but could rustle up €35k to give to Carey.
He successfully went through the borrowing process for two different mortgages on the same property - I think that tells you what lending standards were like at the time
Clearly this guy has some previous that hasn't been reported on in the articles....... all that google that google throws up is some motoring offences nearly 20 years ago.
A civil sitting of the court usually requires the attendance of no more than a single garda orderly.
However, in this instance, at least six members of the force were present throughout, including three sergeants.
That's inflation for you
doesn't take long to save 35K if you're not shelling out 1.5K a month on mortgages
Covid inflation.
Oh wait.....
Indeed, I find that not paying for things greatly reduces the cost of living! 😜

suit with sandals? he should be locked up for that alone never mind the nonsense he is spouting.
Never heard of the country Era before.
Great patriots that don't even know the Irish name of the State
Assuming that's the constitution he's waving around like an idiot, he could try looking up the 3rd Amendment
